The Hawkins House will be decorated for the holidays from November 18th through January 5th, as shown in the last two listing photos. There will also be a decorated interior Christmas tree.

🚗 Parking
Free, non-metered street parking is available in the neighborhood. No permit required.

Additional Details
• Occupancy Note: While the home will sleep 6, we recommend 5 or fewer guests for maximum comfort.
• Check-In: Guests may check in any time after 4 PM, and there is no cut-off for late arrivals.
• Pool Heating: The plunge pool can be heated for an additional $40 per day and requires 24 hours advance notice.
• Bag Drop-Off: Guests are welcome to drop off bags any time after noon on check-in day. We’re unable to hold bags after check-out, but Savannah offers several convenient storage locations nearby that will hold bags for a small fee.
• Non-Smoking Property: This is a non-smoking home inside and out, including the courtyard and balcony.
• Security: For guest safety, exterior security cameras are installed at the front door and in the backyard facing the pool. The front door camera includes a microphone; the pool-facing camera does not.

Check out is by 11am unless guests have paid for late check out.

We do not accept reservations with pets at this property.
