Aspectos positivos: Limpieza, llegada, comunicación y ubicación
So basically the pictures look amazing but once you get to the home you see a lot of construction issues especially outside The yard and outside is very poorly maintained Inside kitchen is nice and I truly enjoyed the kitchen but bathrooms need a lot of workOne of the showers have plastic all at door lower level so water doesn't go all over floorAir condition also does not cool the house no matter how low u turn it the house stays very warm during the day It also cuts up to 75 at 10 pm and again during the night I woke up every night sweating and had to go and turn air back down Communication was extremely great and I do appreciate that the host was spot on but looks like the house is in process of being repaired and still needs a-lot of repairs I know our reservation was last minute but outside needed alot of work The Maintenace that is being done inside and I know there trying to get it very nice but the details like one bathroom the sink top slides because it's not mounted on properly and the nicest bathroom the glass door was not installed correctly and if u don't stand in the perfect place in shower water is all over the floorAgain needs a lot of workThe host was extremely nice and very assertive and even sent help on a few items I just think it would be best to finish the work before renters come back in
