Completely Updated Condo, Walk to Davis Wade Stadium and The Cotton District!!!
This is your Starkville Retreat and we have 2 in the same building if needed! The perfect location for walking to MSU on Game Day or walking to The Cotton District for shopping and dinner. The Mill Conference Center is .2 miles from our door.
Once inside, you will find a spacious Kitchen area with a table for four and additional seating at the island. This fully equipped Kitchen includes all the necessary tools for great meal preparation. Also, enjoy the Keurig Cup for your morning coffee.
The living area is perfect to watch the 55” TV from the couch with chaise lounge. The couch folds out to provide an extra Queen Bed if needed. The stylish décor makes this a true gathering place for your stay!
Each Bedroom has a high quality Queen mattress with designer bedding and style to match. The Bedrooms have ample storage for your folded and hanging clothes. Warm lighting is available on both nightstands and both bedrooms have ceiling fans for your convenience. The oversized bathroom vanities are perfect for preparing for GameDay! The Ensuite Bathrooms provide the perfect privacy while getting ready for your day out.
Outside living awaits on the covered deck with new seating for four. The perfect spot to enjoy the beginning or end of the day! Enjoy the overhead String Lights on a dimmer for the perfect cocktail mood.
Roku TVs are provided in the Living Room (55”) and both Bedrooms (43”). All have Cable and are equipped for you to log in to all of your Streaming Services. You will enjoy locking the door on the keypad with no need for a key.
For your safety, all mattresses and pillows are encased in zippered waterproof and pest proof protectors. Enjoy the soft white sheets, over-sized towels, and Make Up Washcloths.
The facility includes a Community Outside Pool for your use during your visit. One Parking Pass is provided with a reserved spot in the lot. Another Visitor Parking Pass will be provided, and additional parking is available on the street.
