This 3-level cabin has 3 Queen beds, a loft bed and a bunk space, 2.5 bathrooms, kitchen w/ coffee bar, a spacious porch to take in the views, and the privacy offered like none other! Roads are all paved as well.

✔ Driveway is private and paved. The drive up to the cabin is on well maintained mountain roads.
✔ A small starter kit of the following items will be provided, however you might need to pick up more of some items, depending on your needs and length of stay. Toilet paper, Dish Soap, hand soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, dryer sheets, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, linens, and towels.
✔ We are pet friendly, but we limit the number of pets to just 1. In order to book, please reach out to the host to see if multiple pets could be a possibility.

✔ Beau's Retreat is professionally cleaned and disinfected.
✔ Smoke free cabin
✔ Roku is included with all televisions. Bring your own logins for streaming apps.
✔ We have an exceptional Wi-Fi system that runs smoothly throughout the entire cabin. However, this cabin is still in the mountains, so at times, cell service might be spotty. Try using Wi-Fi calling to get full connectivity.
✔ Some twisty, gorgeous roads leading up to the cabin, but all roads are paved.
✔ Since we are in the mountains, you might see bugs, mice, or critters, including bears. We do maintain the property with regular pest control, but due to the surroundings, or doors being left open, or food left outside the house, this can attract critters.
✔ There are no refunds for storms or power outages. If there is a power outage, there will be no water and potentially no heat. Storms can also make roads difficult to drive, so if a storm is in the forecast during your stay, we recommend coming prepared with water and non-perishable food, etc.
✔ ***REFUNDS will not be given due to weather conditions. In winter months, you may have to drive in the snow or ice. You may need tire chains, 4WD or AWD in sub-par conditions. Please plan accordingly and watch the weather updates.
✔ We highly suggest travel insurance as we strictly adhere to our cancellation policy.
✔ We recommend you save the address, door code, and Wi-Fi details offline for easy access in case you lose service. We also suggest you download the area's Maps data offline as well.
✔ For the safety and security of our guests and cabin, there are unusual motion-detecting security Ring-style cameras on the perimeter.
✔ We ask that you be considerate and treat our family home with respect. There are no parties allowed and no more than 10 people can stay at the cabin. Guests are responsible for any damage done and/or excessive clean up.
