The guest has access to the entire home minus the locked cleaners closet.

- We allow one dog (75 lbs max) with a $125 pet fee per stay.
For everyone’s comfort and safety, we do not accept dangerous breeds and cannot host cats at this time.
Please ensure your dog is crate trained, does not get on beds/furniture, and that you clean up after your pet.
- No parties allowed—violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. We aim to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors.
- An exterior camera is installed for cleaning and property security purposes only. It helps us ensure the home is well-maintained and safe for all guests.
- Parking in the driveway for 8 cars max.
- If you're interested in a long-term stay, please reach out to inquire about availability.
- Heated pool fee is $100/night. We recommend heating the pool in the months between October and May each year. We require at least a 3-day notice before your arrival if you'd like the pool heated. Pool must be heated for the entirety of your stay. Thank you!
- Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property.

GUEST VERIFICATION:
To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.

Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:
- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.
- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.
