¡PARA ESTRENAR! Hermosa cabaña en Bridges Bay!

We are sorry to hear some of the aspects of your stay weren’t satisfactory. In our communication prior to your stay and prior to confirming your rental you asked if the property had enough beds to hold 9 adults + (1) 8 year old. At that time I explained the layout of the property and that it would but your comfort level would be dependent on whether they are families, etc. Most people that stay are families with kids. Additionally, pictures of every room are posted on our listing. In the description of our property we note that we restrict access to the garage and master closet for liability reasons that aren’t covered under VRBO. This is literally our summer weekend home unless we have conflicts with being there in which case we rent the property. We provide a laminated sheet for our renters that includes our cell phone number and encourage you to message us if there is ever an issue (Empty propane tank, low water pressure) that we could have promptly taken care of for you. It’s difficult to tell how much propane is left in the tanks and you were welcome to use the one from the grill in case one runs out during your stay. Our refrigerator basically holds condiments and the freezer has 1 shelf with items with plenty of space for renters. With that said, we apologize that this did not meet your expectations and will look for ways to improve our renters experiences in the future. Thank you for your feedback.
