Perfectly situated on the thirteenth floor with breathtaking ocean views and direct beach access, this coastal retreat offers everything you need for a relaxing and memorable stay. Enjoy resort-style amenities, including two beachside pools, a hot tub, a tropical bar (open seasonally), a game room, and a fitness center—all available with a $40 on-site registration fee that also includes one parking pass (a second pass is available for $15, maximum two vehicles).
Inside, the condo features a modern, open layout with a fully equipped kitchen boasting stainless steel appliances, coffee makers, and all the essentials for home-cooked meals. Dine together at the breakfast bar or dining table, or take your meal out to the furnished balcony overlooking the Gulf. Unwind in the cozy living area with a Smart TV, or enjoy a quiet evening with board games.
