Important Details:

Occupancy Fee: A 3000 yen per night fee applies per guest for groups over 6 (babies are included in the guest count).



Our two-story house has steps leading to the entrance as well as internal stairs. We welcome families but please note that our house is not childproof.



House Rules & Agreement:

By booking, you agree to follow our House Rules and Rental Agreement. Key rules include:

-NO PARTIES

-NO BBQs, or open flames or candles

-NO Smoking or Vaping inside the property

-NO PETS



Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the entire house, including all bedrooms, living areas, kitchen, bathroom, and parking space.

The property is conveniently located within walking distance to the popular Ito Orange Beach, convenience stores, and eateries. About a 12 minute walk to Ito Station.

Enjoy relaxing seaside walks, swimming, and easy access to many local hot springs. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, it offers a peaceful atmosphere—perfect for unwinding away from the city.



Getting Around:

We provide free private parking for up to two vehicles, located just a 30-second walk from the house. You can also walk from Ito Station, although the house is situated uphill—it's good exercise! If you're traveling with suitcases, we recommend taking a taxi from the station for your comfort.
