La Saladita is growing fast — new restaurants, bars, and construction are changing the village, especially near the break. We chose our location deliberately: 7,200 m² of private grounds surrounded by trees, two kilometers from that development, far enough to feel like a different world, close enough that you're in the water in five minutes.
No neighbors. No restaurant noise. No construction. Just your group and the property.

The surf
La Saladita's left point break is one of the longest in Mexico — up to 300 meters of rideable wave, best for longboard and mid-length. Shortboarders are covered too: there are reef and beach breaks nearby for surfers looking for something steeper and faster. The break is 2km from the villas, five minutes by car or twenty by bike. Board storage available at the point. South swell runs June through October, making summer a genuinely good season to be here.
Sea Nomads is operated by surfers who live on the property. We know the wave, the conditions, and the timing. Book directly and you get that local knowledge included — when to be in the water, what the crowd looks like on different swells, and everything else you won't find on a booking platform.

The Compound: two villas, your whole group
The Compound is Swell Villa and Tidal Villa rented together — the entire property for your group of up to eight. Four bedrooms, four bathrooms, two full kitchens, two private pools, and two open-air living areas. Groups can share the main grounds during the day and each pair or couple retreats to their own villa and pool at night. Space to be together. Space to be separate.
Swell Villa
Two bedrooms — master bedroom with king bed (convertible to two singles), second bedroom with queen bed. Two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, private pool, open terrace with hammocks and outdoor dining.
Tidal Villa
Same layout — master bedroom with king or two singles, second bedroom with queen. Two bathrooms, full kitchen, private pool, and its own outdoor living space. Separate entrance, same private grounds.

Getting here

La Saladita is a small surf village on Guerrero's Pacific coast. No resort strip, no nightlife, no crowds outside the water. That's the point.
