The Space:

You will reach Lakeside Oasis via a winding gravel road that spans approximately three miles. Upon arrival at the home, you will enter through the keypad-locked front door.



Step into the spacious kitchen, which is equipped with a four-burner glass top range, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, and more—everything you need to prepare your favorite family meals. From the kitchen, you will move into the open living room area, featuring cathedral ceilings, large windows, and a cozy wood-burning fireplace. Additionally, the entire home has in-floor heating as well as forced air.



The living room provides access to the bedrooms. On one side, you will find the King bedroom that comes with a private bathroom. This full bathroom includes a toilet, two sinks, a shower stall, and a jacuzzi bathtub. On the opposite side, a hallway leads you to a queen bedroom, another bathroom, and a final bedroom with two twin beds. This area also includes a washer and dryer and access to the garage.



Notable additional spaces include a sunroom located off the living room, perfect for enjoying natural light, and a spacious loft accessible via the stairs in the kitchen, featuring a television, couches, chairs, and games.



Finally, at the back of the home, you'll discover the back deck, firepit, and Chaney Lake, providing a serene outdoor space for relaxation.



Guest Access:

You will enter the home using a keypad lock located on the main door. Guest are allowed use of the three stall garage during their stay. The whole home is available for use by guests with the only exceptions being a locked cleaning closet and the locked owners loft above the garage. There is also a canoe and two kayaks provided for use during your stay.



The Neighborhood:

Lakeside Oasis is located on Chaney Lake, a 520 acre lake in Gogebic County, Michigan. Chaney Lake has historically had a large variety of fish including Northern Pike, Bluegill, Large and Small Mouth Bass, Perch and more making it a great place for fisherman. The home is located approximately three miles down a one-track gravel road. It is advised to access the home with 4WD, especially during the winter months.

Lakeside Oasis is a part of the Superior Getaways family and each reservation comes with a damage protection plan that covers any and all damage that may occur during your stay. Enjoy peace of mind on your vacation, without emptying your pockets for security deposits!



We are happy to be a dog-friendly home, but all pets, including service animals, must be disclosed at booking or brought to our attention before check in. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $350 fee. If unauthorized pets are brought to our attention during a guests stay it will result in a $350 fee as well as termination of the remainder of the stay. Please let us know before you visit if you intend on bringing a pet.
