Extra sleeping space: pull-out sofabed in the office connected to BR1. ✔️ The other units in the building are occupied by independent tenants who are not affiliated with us and cannot provide access or assistance. ✔️ Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with supplies available upon request, including a Pack ’n Play/travel crib and board games. Fees may apply upon host’s discretion. ✔️ We offer options for early check-in and late check-out, subject to availability. Please note, there is a fee for early check-in and late check-out. ✔️ Mid-stay cleaning and other concierge services are available upon request for an additional fee. ✔️ For guests’ convenience, those with early arrivals or late departures can drop off their luggage with host approval before standard check-in time. ✔️ Unit is located in upper floor (approx 29 steps) ✔️ Free street parking along the property is only available during certain hours. As our valued guests, we provide one (1) parking pass per night, which allows you to park without restrictions during your stay. If you require additional parking passes, these may be available for an extra fee, depending on availability. While free street parking can also be found in the surrounding area, please note that all street parking is on a first-come, first-served basis and therefore cannot be guaranteed. ✔️ The apartment is operated by a building-controlled radiant heating system, which we do not have individual access to adjust. The heating can only be turned fully on or fully off, and temperature settings cannot be customized. For cooling and personalized comfort, each room is equipped with its own individual air-conditioning unit, which guests can control freely. ✔️ Window AC units are removed during winter until around May of each year. If you need it during your stay, please request in advance ✔️ Guest have access to a shared washer and dryer located on the property. Please note that the machines are coin-operated, and guests should bring change for their laundry needs.

Ensure that they are well-behaved and that you take necessary precautions to prevent any damage and extra cleaning. Very spacious, with an amazing layout that offers privacy in individual rooms yet also multiple family gathering spaces. Lovely furnishings & everything you need to cook or dine in. I never leave home without my own sheets but i was uncharacteristically comfortable sleeping on their bedding, which were very clean & well maintained. Well appointed with giant TVs set up for streaming in every room! Quick walk to public transit & close to the top of Lakeshore Drive - lots of local options too, and you can see the gorgeous lakefront from the front door. Parking can be a challenge as the evening gets later but we found spaces readily, and were very comfortable in the neighborhood.
