Enjoy your stay at this 4-bedroom house in Ellensburg. The bedrooms feature a king bed, 2 queen beds and bunk bed with a twin over full, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep for all guests. This home is in a quiet neighborhood, while also being just around the corner from Central Washington University. With heating and AC, you'll stay cozy no matter the season. The house also features a bonus room complete with board games, Pacman, Big Buck Hunter, a desk for working, kids markers and coloring books, and more. The kitchen is stocked fully with kitchen utensils, baking sheets, measuring utensils, etc. Enjoy a cup of coffee, hot cocoa, or tea using the Keurig and K-Pods provided. And as always, feel free to reach out to us during your stay. We are happy to note that we are also BabyQuip providers! Any baby/child-related essentials that you forgot, or chose to leave behind because of limited space while traveling, we can provide it! This includes but is not limited to pack n play, baby swing, stroller, etc. If there’s something you may need but don’t see it on our BabyQuip page, please reach out and we’ll do our best to accommodate! We enjoyed our stay during our birding trip to the area! The home was extra clean and newly renovated! Had all the amenities we needed and even a complimentary beverage to enjoy! Loved visiting and enjoying our evening meal on the back deck after a long day out birding. The host was very friendly and helpful! Perfect location for our needs! Had a great breakfast at the very friendly historic Palace Cafe one morning!

Beautiful and updated Rambler close to downtown. This was the perfect house for our group to stay in when we were in town for a baseball tournament. The house has a great layout with plenty of space for the kids to play in the game room and in the backyard

Ideal Spot for a CWU WeekendWe stayed here while visiting our CWU student for a track meet, and this house was absolutely perfect for the trip. With four generously sized bedrooms and a large family room, the whole group had room to relax and recharge. The home was immaculate top to bottom, which honestly exceeded our expectations. It’s clear the owners take excellent care of the property. The quiet neighborhood was a welcome retreat after busy days on campus — we slept well every night.Ellensburg is such a great college town, and having a comfortable, spacious home to come back to made the whole visit so much more enjoyable than a hotel ever could. If you’re heading to CWU for a sporting event, family weekend, or just to see your student, do yourself a favor and book this place. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

The house is clean and spacious and we enjoyed the stay. It appears to be a new rental or at least newly remodeled. There were a few conveniences missing, but we judged this to be because of the newness. In any case, these items aren’t serious and I’m sure will be easily remedied once the owners see this review. Here is a list: no soap in the showers, no hair dryer, no dish cloths, not enough dishes to serve a full meal to eight people, and only 3 coffee cups.In addition, the ice maker on the (apparently new) fridge still had the factory wrapping on it and could not be used. We also would have appreciated a good water filter as the Ellensburg tap water does not taste good. However, we could tell that the owners were concerned with providing a good and comfortable experience. So these issues will probably be remedied soon.

Hi David! With us being fairly new VRBO hosts, we really appreciate your feedback so we can make adjustments for guests as time goes on! I’m sorry to hear about the ice maker - I did come by and both the water in the refrigerator (which is filtered) and the ice maker are working properly, I’m sorry if you had troubles with those during your stay! I’ve made certain they are working properly since then. We have now added more dishes, coffee cups, and other supplies you had suggested. Thanks again for your feedback - we appreciate it and appreciate you staying with us! :)
