Guest Access

Guests have exclusive and private access to the entire guesthouse, including both balconies, and exclusive use of the pool and all outdoor amenities throughout their stay. The pool is yours alone to use, with no sharing and no exceptions.

For full transparency, the main home has its own private deck that shares the same sweeping Hill Country views, which means it does look out over the same valley and yard. The owners do not use or access the pool or outdoor guest areas at any time. Think of it as a beautiful view you both happen to share, not a space you share.

Good to Know

Summit Sunsets is accessed via one full flight of stairs. Outdoor areas include gravel pathways and gentle slopes which may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. Exterior security cameras monitor outdoor areas only — there are no cameras inside the guesthouse and your indoor privacy is fully respected. A refundable security hold of $1,500 is required prior to arrival, or guests may opt for a $45 non-refundable damage waiver. Early check-in and late check-out are available subject to availability.
