There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

Accurate listing, clean and well stocked, great deck on the top floor. The third bedroom is more of a gym but the futon could be used in a pinch. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved our stay here. Well-appointed place in a location that made it easy to get where we wanted to go. Had to tell our kids it wasn’t an actual tree house, but watching the sunset from the third-floor balcony was a treat. Next time we’ll use that media room!
