Guests staying at Sugar Beach Condos must complete a "Guest and Vehicle Registration" process, which involves paying a $35 fee. When registering, you will need to provide the make, model, year, color, and tag number of the vehicle.
Unassigned parking is available in the open lot directly outside Building 2. Please observe posted signs and community rules.
Registered guests are permitted to park one trailer at this resort. The cost is $100 per space. Keep in mind that some trailers may take up 2 spaces.

Guests can walk to Tootsie’s Orchid Lounge (opening in 2026), Finns Barista Bar and Snack Shack, Hammerhead Fred’s, and Ms. Newby’s Too, or take a short drive to St. Andrews State Park, Schooners, Capt. The community maintains a family-friendly environment with posted quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am and rules prohibiting parties, glass on the beach, and unregistered guests.

(If you arrive when the office is closed, after 5pm or over the weekend, you should receive an email, within one business day, indicating when your packet is available for pickup.)
For the security of our guests and the safety of the home, there is an external Ring Doorbell camera located at the front entrance.
Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!
Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.
Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
