My Experience with this host was unexceptable. I never had this experience ever. First and foremost we pay a cleaning fee for a reason. Of course not leaving this place a mess the host lied to say I left her home a mess. Here is the following things she considered a mess. 1. A stain was on the sheet. From what food? Drink? Etc Wow something to where the cleaning fee should cover and wash. I asked host prior to stripping bed sheets. She stated no2 I left the fridge open. Wow the fridge? Even though I didnt leave it open. What if i did and it possible mistakingly didnt shut fully? Why not close it? Yet chose to be petty.3. Again I asked why and how I left the place a mess. She gave another example of trash on the floors which was a paper towel roll on the bathroom floor. Yet I asked her did she see the 4 garbage bags full of trash in the dumpster. Her response was yes. So please let me know whats the issue. 4. Dirty dishes in the sink. Yes rinsed out dishes placed neatly inside the sink. The place doesnt have a dish washer 1 for to I cant say it enough what is the cleaning fee for?4 bed rooms 1 sheet with something on it that can be washed. There wasnt anything of importance outside what the cleaning fee covers. I was just suprise and confused of these type of accusations. Being I am a traveler and experienced with renting many properties to stay this is unexceptable. I will be calling Vrbo
