Welcome to The Vine Estate, a serene Spanish-style retreat set on five private acres in the Hollister countryside. Designed for relaxation, comfort, and intentional time together, this home offers privacy, resort-style amenities, and peaceful surroundings—ideal for families and small groups seeking a quiet, refined getaway.
The main home features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and thoughtfully curated indoor and outdoor living spaces.

The main living area is bright and welcoming, with large windows, comfortable seating, and open flow into the dining area and kitchen—perfect for shared meals and relaxed evenings.
The gourmet kitchen includes a Wolf gas range, full-size refrigerator, generous prep space, Nespresso and Jura coffee maker, and fully stocked cookware and dinnerware.

OUTDOOR LIVING (8:00 AM – 10:00 PM) Pool
The pool is heated with an electric heat pump. During colder weather, the system may enter freeze-protection mode, and the pool may not reach typical swimming temperatures. Please use the pool cover when the pool is not in use. The pool and spa areas are not fenced. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Hot Tub The hot tub is kept in eco-standby mode for efficiency. Please message us 15 minutes in advance to allow adequate heating time Requests must be made no later than 9:00 PM Use ends at 10:00 PM Available for up to 2 hours per day Not available on checkout day

GUEST ACCESS & PROPERTY LAYOUT Guests have exclusive access to the main house, courtyard, pool, hot tub, steam room, and designated outdoor areas immediately surrounding the home.
Important: This is a private 5-acre property with three separate residences:
Main House – your reserved home with exclusive access to listed amenities
Owner ADU – a separate residence occupied by the owner
Tiny Home – a standalone unit with its own entrance and parking, rented separately
Each residence has clearly defined boundaries, separate access, and private outdoor areas. There are no shared amenities. Guests in the owner ADU and tiny home do not access the main house or its amenities.
Certain areas are private and not accessible to main-house guests, including the barn, orchard areas, large parking area between residences, and one interior storage room.
IMPORTANT SAFETY & PROPERTY NOTES
The pool and spa areas are not fenced. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
HOUSE RULES & BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
The Vine Estate is designed for peaceful family gatherings and relaxing retreats. To ensure an enjoyable experience for all guests, the following rules apply:
• Maximum occupancy is 10 registered overnight guests. No unregistered overnight guests are permitted.
• Day visitors must be approved by the host in advance.
• No parties, events, weddings, receptions, or commercial activities without prior written approval.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Outdoor amenities, including the pool, hot tub, courtyard, and outdoor gathering areas, close at 10:00 PM.
• No smoking, vaping, or marijuana use inside the home.
• The pool, hot tub, steam room, and playground are used at guests' own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Exterior security cameras monitor the driveway, parking areas, and exterior entrances for safety, security, and occupancy verification. There are no cameras inside the home or in private outdoor areas.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay and for violations of house rules.
• Failure to comply with house rules may result in additional charges and/or termination of the reservation without refund.
By booking The Vine Estate, guests acknowledge that they have read and agree to these house rules.

This place was a fantastic. We had four couples staying for four nights for a family wedding. Flor and her husband were so communicative and hospitable. We used the jacuzzi everyday. The home is well appointed and had everything we needed…except a can opener, which Flor immediately brought over. We enjoyed the pool during the day and cooked breakfast and dinner everyday. It was very peaceful and relaxing. Thanks Flor.

Booked this home for a weekend with family. It was so perfect for a large family. It had everything we needed and more. Far beyond our expectations. The premises were absolutely beautiful and so peaceful. The host was so helpful and responded quickly with any questions we had. We will definitely be booking again!

The worst host I have ever dealt with. The original listing information started to change after we checked in. It did not state limits on guests, vehicles or that the owner was the host and lived on site, which wasn’t a problem when I found out at check in, until she started coming onto the property without notice and spying on our family from across the driveway… which is what separates the main house from hers. We were 4 families (4 cars alone) coming from out of town & state to visit with local family, she authorized us to have family over for visits (proof via text) and a family dinner (verbally her word against ours) but went back on her word through Vrbo messaging. The night of our dinner, we had 8 family members come over, she canceled our reservation, said we were only allowed 5 cars and 10 people maximum in the house at any time… I have screen shots of the listing that does not say that. We all had to leave the premises at 9pm with no where to stay, no compassion for our disabled uncle or to let us stay until the morning if we asked our 8 family members to leave. She claims we were having a party with 30 guests, we originally called sheriff to verify our dinner was no party, I have texts messages as proof and a police report to confirm how unreasonable she was being. I would highly recommend you look elsewhere to book or that she take her listing off the site… she micromanages your stay and changes information at her conven. Her husband David is a great guy though.
