The popular Southbourne Grove, with its vast array of shopping facilities, bars, restaurants and coffee shops, is also conveniently located just a short stroll away.

THE ACCOMMODATION:
The Master Bedroom has a Double Bed and benefits from a SMART TV. The second bedroom is a Twin Room with single beds and a door to the back garden - this room also benefits from a TV with FIRESTICK.

The lounge/diner includes a SMART TV and there is FREE WIFI for holiday lets (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider). The lounge/diner benefits from a door which leads out to the rear patio garden.

This accommodation has a separate kitchen which is equipped with a GAS HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - DISHWASHER - WASHING MACHINE - FRIDGE/FREEZER - MICROWAVE.

The apartment has a modern bathroom with a bath, shower facility and a toilet.

The patio garden is shared with the flat upstairs and the right hand side is allocated to the ground floor flat.

There is one off road parking space available on the drive (space on the left hand side of the house).

Southbourne is a picturesque coastal area located to the east of Bournemouth and is conveniently close to the historic town of Christchurch. This area boasts stunning blue flag sandy beaches and a plethora of leisure activities. By taking a short walk along the clifftop, you will reach the Funicular Victorian cliff lift which will take you down to the sandy shores below. Cafe Riva, a cliff top cafe, serves a variety of food and beverages. Wick Village is a short drive away, and offers riverside walks, boating activities, a public slipway, and a 3-par golf course with a driving range. There, visitors can also find Tuckton Tea Gardens and ferries that take them to Christchurch Quay. The nearby Hengistbury Head Nature Reserve is also worth exploring, with easy access via a land train to Mudeford Sand spit.
