I chose this neighborhood because it’s right in the middle of everything, but still feels like a comfortable home base. The condo is along ADB Avenue in Ortigas, a central area surrounded by major malls (SM Megamall, Shangri-La, The Podium), offices, groceries, and endless food options.
What I enjoy most is the convenience: you can grab coffee downstairs, walk to the mall, or get almost anything delivered fast. It’s easy to get around the city from here. Taxis and Grab are readily available so it’s a practical spot for both work trips and staycations. After a busy day, you can head back to the unit and just relax above the city.
