Your suite occupies the entire second floor with a private entrance and private balcony. Guests enjoy direct lake access and one dedicated parking space. A shared laundry area is available for convenience, accessible from your unit

The suite is located on the upper level, accessible by stairs. Guests enjoy complete privacy with a separate entrance.

Laundry Access:
A shared laundry room is available downstairs. It’s separated and secured between both units for privacy and convenience.

Nature Setting:
This is a peaceful lakefront property surrounded by trees and wildlife. You may occasionally hear frogs, ducks, or birds - part of the natural charm of lake living.

No Parties or Loud Music:
Out of respect for our neighbors and guests in the other unit, quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM.

Cooking Essentials:
Basic cooking supplies are provided (oil, salt, pepper). Condiments may be left by previous guests but are not restocked - please use at your discretion.

Lake Access:
The lake is natural and unfenced; please use caution near the water. Swimming is not permitted.

Clean & Family-Run:
We take pride in personally managing and cleaning the property. Minor rustic details or natural elements are part of its cozy character.
