📝 Condo Application Process & Fees
✔ Reservation contingent on condo association approval (background check required).
✔ $200 non-refundable fee for first adult or married couple.
✔ To waive additional $200, provide a marriage certificate.
✔ Apply 14+ business days before arrival; $50 expedite fee if within 14 days.
✔ Approval takes a minimum 4 business days.
✔ If not approved → reservation canceled & deposits refunded (application fee non-refundable).

📝 Security Deposit
✔ $250 pre-authorization hold on guest’s credit card via Boarding Pass.
✔ Released 7 days after checkout following inspection.
✔ Deductions (if any) will be itemized and shared with guest.

📝 Parking
✔ 1 parking spot included.
✔ $50 one-time registration fee required by building association.

📝 Pets
✔ Pets under 20 lbs welcome.
✔ Required: vaccine records, signed form, pet photo.
✔ $200 fee per pet (paid via Airbnb) + $200 owner charge per pet.
