Beautiful, newly built, quiet, private, clean, sun-filled, upscale entire home with 3 bedrooms, a sofa bed and a large office. Just 30 minutes from Toronto Pearson airport, 15 min to VMC Subway, 2 min to Hwy 407 at Dufferin St, 5 min walk to bus stop, near York University. Tim Hortons, Supermarket, Walmart and many stores and restaurants. 10 min by car and 16 min by bus to the Subway station. Fast Fibre Internet. Two-car parking and a free EV charger nearby. No Pets, parties or events.
The space
Newly built home with 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom and a walk-in closet. Also, an additional full bathroom, powder room, open concept living room/dining room and large kitchen with quartz countertops, breakfast island and covered balcony, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, coffee maker and small appliances, washer/dryer, a dedicated office/games room with a sofa bed included.
Guest access
You'll have access to the entire 3-storey home, garage and backyard (not fenced).

There is a Tim Hortons at the strip mall next to the complex, McDonald's, No Frills Supermarket with a free EV charger (J1772), Little India Grocers, Canadian Tire, Winners, Staples and numerous other stores, restaurants and pubs all within a couple of km away. Short drive to York University, Niagara University, the Promenade Shopping Centre, Vaughan Mills, Walmart, T&T Supermarket, Canada's Wonderland, Richmond Hill Golf Club, the Thornhill Club and the Uplands Golf & Ski Club. Many parks and trails are nearby.
