The Space:

Architectural luxury penthouse with sweeping bay and city views from every room. Floor-to-ceiling windows and a spacious terrace showcase unforgettable sunsets over downtown. Curated art, sculptural accents, and antique Asian furniture add warmth and sophistication to the modern design.



One of the standout features of this home is its rare 270-degree panoramic view, stretching from the mountains, Balboa Park, and the bay, all the way to the harbor and the ocean horizon. And at night, the downtown skyline is an incredible sparkling sight .



The open layout flows seamlessly to a truly impressive deck, one of the most generous indoor/outdoor living spaces you’ll find in a downtown condo. This oversized terrace lets you experience San Diego’s signature sunshine and coastal breezes throughout the day and evening.



Inside, the condo features dual primary bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms; one with a private lanai area and another with a deep soaking tub. Craftsman teak pieces throughout the home bring character, texture, and a grounded sense of luxury to the contemporary space.



A fully stocked kitchen supports everything from casual meals to full entertaining, with indoor and outdoor dining designed around the views. Additional conveniences include air-conditioning, in-unit laundry, and on-site parking for two vehicles.

- Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
