Recently enhanced 2 bed/1 bath ideally located just one block west of Hwy 41 on a quiet street & less than 10 minutes to the Sunseeker Resort. Experience an extremely clean & comfortable home, with a screened in lanai, at a tremendous value!
All major supermarkets, retail & local restaurants are within walking distance. Downtown Punta Gorda, the Charlotte Harbor & shoppes are all within 2 miles.
Property is a duplex, inquire about both sides! We look forward to hosting you!
This clean and well-maintained 2 bed/1 bath home is half of a duplex found on a quiet street. Plenty of parking is available, with room to park oversized vehicles. We have taken the time to equip our property for anyone looking for a short or long stay!
While we do welcome pets, please be aware that the backyard is not fully fenced and is shared with the other half of the duplex.
Completely private one side of a duplex. Only shared space is the backyard.
We tend to leave our guests alone once we confirm they have settled in safely, but are always available at anytime, it doesn`t matter! Some of us live close by but provide every guest with complete privacy and don`t interact unless asked to.
Quiet street, close to everything! Short walk to Winn Dixie Supermarket, Dairy Queen and many other restaurants just a short drive away.

Please no wipes down the toilet, only toilet paper is allowed. If we have to call a plumber to unclog or repair, you as the guest will be charged what they charge us.
