The apartment features two spacious and stylish bedrooms with a comfortable king-size bed and fresh bed linen, plus a double sofa bed in the living room.
The balcony provides stunning 180-degree views of the Gudauri landscapes.
A fully equipped bathroom includes towels, shower gels, shampoos, soaps, and hairdryers.
The kitchen is ready for your culinary adventures with a fridge, stove, microwave, and cooking essentials.
The living area is well-furnished with a TV and a dining table and chairs, creating a welcoming space for relaxation.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the apartment, including a central heating system, kitchen amenities, bathroom products, and the balcony.
The apartment ensures a comfortable stay with features like, self check-in and 24/7 security service.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the heart of Gudauri, the apartment is a stone's throw away from the Main Lift. Within a minute's walk, find restaurants, markets, clubs, a police station, medical point, and more.
A supermarket and pharmacy are conveniently situated on the first floor of the building.Guests are welcome to dine at "Pelagoni," a delightful restaurant situated on the ground floor of the Marshall Lobby. Operating hours are from 11 AM to 11:30 PM. Please note that during weekends, There might be events which may extend until 2 AM at the latest.
Getting Around:
There's no public transport in Gudauri, but I will provide my guests with all the information that they might need.
There is supermarket "Spar" and pharmacy "GPC" on the first floor of the building.

Kindly note that we uphold a stringent non-smoking policy, and failure to comply may result in a fine. Thank you in advance.
Please take out the trash at the end of the stay.
