We stayed at this beach property over Labor Day weekend with the family, and it was absolutely excellent. The home had everything we could possibly need—spacious, clean, and fully equipped with all the amenities that made our stay comfortable and relaxing. The location was perfect for enjoying the beach, and the property itself felt welcoming and well cared for. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot to spend the holiday weekend together. Highly recommend!

Our stay was great, the house was a little smaller than I had anticipated, but for the amount of time we were there it worked out fine and we would love to stay there again. The location to the Village and beach were short walks away. The pool was great even sharing it with our duplex neighbors. The amenities were a huge bonus with the bikes, beach wagons, beach chairs that provided us with an added bonus we didnt even think of. There was a ping pong table as well the kids loved and grills, but we chose to eat out at all the amazing restaurants near by instead.

Wonderful Experience

We had a great time on our trip to Siesta Key. The beach is gorgeous and clean. Don’t miss the beautiful sunsets only steps away and the exceptional restaurants in Siesta Village! We totally enjoyed our stay in Sea la View. The unit is clean, updated, and tastefully decorated. The semi private pool is totally awesome too…

first trip to Siesta Key Beach

We absolutely loved our stay & first time at Siesta Key Beach! This rental was the most well stocked we’ve ever stayed at. The booster seat & kids silverware were very helpful with our youngest. The only thing we would recommend to future guests is to bring bug spray as we got mosquito bites every day & night from right outside the door to the beach. Overall this beach is in our top 3 favorites.

Relaxing stay

A four min walk to the beach with tons of beach stuff to use. The pool was always warm and inviting. Place was clean and as advertised. Would definitely sray again

Adults only vaca

We planned a trip with adults only before the holiday craziness. This was the perfect get away, close to amazing and entertainment. Great beach access and even thought it rained most of our trip the house offered a ton of things to do just hanging out there.

The experience was awesome. It’s like 300 feet from beach. Less than half a mile walk to restaurants and shops. The location is great.

Siesta Key perfection!

Absolutely loved our short but sweet 3 night stay at the cottages. The location is perfect, right in the middle of the beach and the village. The owners knew it was my friend’s 50th birthday and there were even cupcakes waiting for us in the fridge! How sweet! ❤️ Will definitely stay again!

A great stay!

This property was everything it said it was. Convenient, clean, beautiful location. We were celebrating a high school and college graduation and we had cupcakes waiting for us when we arrived. It was a great family vacation that we all enjoyed. Convenient to the beach community and to town. Could walk everywhere. The home had everything we needed for our stay.

Within half mile to beach across the street and down the trail and walkable to town on the north end. The free trolley service was great island amenity. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor space shared with one other family in this duplex. The palm landscape was gorgeous surrounding the pool! The couple items needing addressed were fixed promptly. The cottages do a great job with property management! Our family adventure was a quite memorable!!

Amazing Friends getaway!

This location was perfect - the outdoor space was amazing. We had great communication with the management company - check-in was online with a keypad on the door (which I love - never want to lose keys at the beach!). It was a short 1/2 block walk to the beach access. There was a wagon and chairs available to use. We had an issue with the TV in the living room and the management company had someone over within a few hours ended up replacing it within that same day. Excellent support! They provided basic amenities to get us started (Trash Bags, Paper Towels, Laundry soap, dishwasher pods, shampoo, etc). It was very nice having a washer/dryer in the unit - plenty of beach towels, etc. The only constructive feedback I provided when checking out was that there were not enough beach chairs if the adjoining unit also went to the beach on the same day - there should be enough chairs to support the capacity of each unit. The kitchen was well stocked but to the point there was literally zero cabinet space for groceries. I suggested they do a clean out as there was an abundance of duplicate appliances and a few other things. Outside of that - absolutely amazing trip. We spent more time outside at the lovely pool and patio area than inside most days.
