200 Ac de bosques y pastos. 3/4 dormitorios, 2 baños, casa confortable. Fogata. 2. 5 horas desde el inicio de la autopista Hume en Sydney, a 50 minutos de Canberra. Hermosa vida salvaje en toda la propiedad. Pintoresco río cerca con estanques de ornitorrinco.

We loved our stay at Mike's farm, the house was well-equipped and spacious. We were looking for peace and that's what we got!The views and property are beautiful and it was an easy drive into town.Mike was super helpful leading up to and during the stay.We were happy that it was also dog friendly.Would highly recommend.Thanks Mike.

Well appointed house with plenty of common space. Wood heater creates warm cosy atmosphere. A/c if it weather warms up. Everything you could want for a pleasant farm stay. Very nice view as well. Walk around property very nice. Interesting drives around district.

Such a great long weekend

Perfect place to be disconnected from the city and enjoy the nature. Mike was wonderful with all the information he provide us about the place and things to do. Such a great host. For sure we recommend this place and will come back.

Great location. Happy Christmas memories

Mike was responsive to any questions however it felt like someone had quickly moved out for our stay. Beautiful rural outlook quite a long way from Crookwell town.

Pictures do not do this places views justice! Fabulous location, place and host..

Great week spent in gorgeous countryside and serenity. Only sounds you hear are the cows, sheep, birds and at night, the crackling of the fire whilst stargazing. The house was spacious and clean and warm with comfy beds and a well appointed kitchen. And Mike the host couldn't be more helpful or friendly. The near town of Crookwell was lovely and the bakery is definitely worth a visit! Its just the perfect, hassle free place to get away from it all.

Disappointing

Lovely rural setting but the house was untidy and unclean in some areas in the kitchen with way too much of the owner's possessions around. The hotwater in the ensuite didn't work. We received advice: no linen. All the doonas and pillows had been stowed away; fortunately, we had our own doona but it was unclear which ones we should have used; two of the pillow were damp. Just one bath towel was supplied and there was no key to lock the door. The farm gate was open when we arrived. We left after night 2 of the 3 night booking.

Wonderful getaway 🌅

The view is amazing and the property is beautiful. We had so much fun walking thru the paddocks and watching the sunset every night. Mike is a great and very helpful host. Definitely a holiday we will cherish.

Tranquility

We had a wonderful time, beautiful location. Sunset was spectacular over a glass wine and the host was extremely helpful. Highly recommended for those wanting a country escape .

Great property, great host

Mike is a wonderful host, very generous with his time and very willing to offer his thoughts on maximizing your stay at his farm. Located within 15mins from Crookwell town, 20mins from Grabben Gullen creek and about 40mins from Goulburn. Looking forward to the returning back.

Great Property

We really enjoyed and appreciated what Michael’s property had to offer us. We spent many daytime hours roaming the beautiful paddocks and at nighttime able to enjoy a robust fire looking at the amazing stars.

Excellent relax and unwind from city life

This is a great property for relaxing and unwinding from city living. Communication with the owner was supurb and it made for a very enjoyable country get away.

Relax with the beautiful views and tranquility if Lost River

Amazing valley views, a home away from home with a lovely cottage feel, host very welcoming providing extra house amenities , AAA+ excellent service , we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay , the kids had a wonderful time panning for gold, adventures in the bush and toasting marshmallows by the bonfire! We got lost in the serenity of Lost River Farm and would definately come back again!!!

We absolutely loved our stay at lost River view farm. The house had everything you needed, comfortable, homely, wildlife a plenty, owner very hospitable. The kids had a ball. Sunset hill a must.

Great place for a relaxing weekend

If you want a quiet weekend away then look no further. Chilly outside and warm as toast inside.Great views of the countryside and a host who absolutely went out of his way to make us feel at home. The kids loved the cows and kangaroos and the adults loved the serenity and the chance to sit back near the fire and enjoy a glass of wine. The house is well appointed with everything you need for a great getaway. Happy to recommend and we will be back.

The most sustainable and beautiful farm we could find. Permanent river and open woodland. Lots of birds and native animals. Easy drive.

Beautiful parrots, Galahs and Cockatoos breed in the woodlands. Eagles and Hawks stalk the rabbits and small birds. Working Cattle Farm. Mind the gates please
