Backyard

The outdoor space features comfortable seating, patio furniture, and a peaceful atmosphere perfect for morning coffee or evening wind-downs. Guests can also enjoy a variety of outdoor games including cornhole, Giant Jenga, and Connect Four, making it a great spot for families, friends, or coworkers to unwind after a long day. This fully fenced backyard is the ideal blend of relaxation and entertainment.

House Rules

To ensure a high-quality stay for all our guests, we have established the following house rules:

PLEASE DO NOT DISTURB TENANTS IN THE ADU (converted garage). It is a separate unit with long term tenants. They access their unit through the backyard door.

Safety First: Please unplug all unused appliances (like hair curlers and laptop chargers) when leaving the home. Remember to turn off the stove, oven, and AC/heater as well.

Supervision: Children must be supervised by adults on the property at all times.

No Shoes: Please refrain from wearing shoes inside the property.

No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside or outside premises of the house. A $1,000 fee will be charged for any evidence of smoking, which will be used for cleaning and air treatment.

No Parties or Events: Parties, events, or gatherings of any kind are not allowed. We reserve the right to cancel reservations without refund and impose a minimum fine of $1,000 for violations.

Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is from 4 PM onwards (late check-in fees apply after 10 PM). Check-out is at 10 AM. A late checkout fee of $200 will be applied without an explicit prior agreement for a late checkout.

Guest Limit: The property accommodates up to 6 guests. Any additional guests will incur a fee of $10 per night per guest, with a maximum capacity of 8.

Delivery Restrictions: Please do not have mail or packages delivered to the property. Use a nearby pickup location instead.

Furniture Arrangement: Please do not move or rearrange furniture.

Electronics Policy: Do not unplug any electronics (such as TVs, cable boxes, or lamps).

Storage Requests: Pre-checking bag storage is only available upon request and for a fee, when possible.

Deposit Policy: We reserve the right to retain your security deposit if these rules are broken.

Neighborhood Respect: This is a friendly and quiet neighborhood. Please respect the neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum. No loud music or outdoor gatherings after 9:30 PM. If we receive complaints, you may be asked to leave without a refund.

Noise Monitoring: For your comfort and safety, we’ve installed a Minut device to monitor noise levels, temperature, and humidity. This device does not record audio or video, ensuring your privacy while maintaining a peaceful environment.

Pet Policy: Due to severe allergies, pets or animals are not permitted on the property.

Please help us keep the drains clog-free by removing hair every time after using the shower. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper in the toilet. $500 fee will be charged every time a plumber has to be called for a clogged toilet/pipes.

Your tandem parking spots is on the side closest to the house. Other side is used by the tenants in the ADU.
