3 dormitorios, 3 baño de casa de pueblo con vistas a la calle 10 del Campeonato Campo Sur en el Mauna Lani Resort.

Nuestro apartamento está situado en uno de los dos edificios más atractivos de Golf Villas. Es una unidad de final con vistas a la calle 10 del famoso Campo Sur. Mire directamente a través de la calle y ver las casas multimillonarias de Negro playa de arena.

El amanecer en Mauna Kea es su vista hacia el este y hacia el oeste, más fairway se extiende hasta el océano. Nuestra casa se abre a una amplia zona de césped adicional con vistas a la lava negro y amplias vistas al campo de golf verdes. Well maintained property in a quaint area

We spent 9 days in this property. The rooms are as described, and they accommodated well two couples and one child. Each room had access to a bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped and the surrounding was calm. The beach is accessible with a 20-25 min walk or by bike or car. So the other services.

A Week in Absolute Paradise

Our stay in the Golf Villas at Mauna Lani was an absolute joy! The location was clean, very well maintained and extremely well appointed. Our friends were in another of the Golf Villas, and D5 was by far better cared for, and better located within the complex. Our kids LOVED the new pool design! The beach club access is brilliant, and there are beach toys for the kids, as well as chairs and other beach equipment in the garage. In addition, our host was incredibly professional and very quick to respond to questions. Check in and check out were a breeze. I cannot be effusive enough in my praise of D5 in the Golf Villas at Mauna Lani. If it's available, book it! If it's not, then change your travel dates in order to stay here... seriously!

A Fabulous Stay

Retirement getaway

Golf Vacation

It's exactly as advertised. Situated in convenient location in Golf Villas community, lovely view over 10th Hole of South Course. Outdoor parking space. We did not use any of the beach equipment. Kitchen well equipped. Bed linens and mattresses are showing wear. We used only the Master Bedroom. Small, but new equipment, in the workout building. This was my 5th stay in Golf Villas and have used the Villages about 6 times, and I would definitely book it again.

Wonderful Family Vacation Spot

This was a fantastic place for our family of 6. Located in a quiet, pretty neighborhood with a beautiful pool and close to everything! Great walks, a sandy beach, restaurants, bars, and a grocery store. We had adventure days diving out of Kona, snorkeling from Puako and exploring the other side of the island (we highly recommend checking out the botanical garden!) and also quiet days of lounging on the beach or the pool, going to the farmer's market, and walking the cliffside "Fisherman's trail" walk. Jo Ann's place was the perfect home base. We can't wait to return!

Lovely home in Mauna Lani

What a beautiful townhome and location this was for our family during the holidays! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The home is spacious, sparkling clean, and includes all the amenities you could want. We loved the location close to the coastline and historic fishponds, yet also near a grocery store and shopping area, and an easy drive to beaches up and down the Kohala coast. We definitely hope to return! Highly recommended!

This home is just perfect for our family. We hope to come back and stay again! Jo Ann was very responsive to my couple of inquiries while here. The kitchen is well-supplied. We used the beach chairs, umbrella and wagon from the garage. We visited the pool each day, after hanging out at one of the several nearby beaches. It was a perfect vacation for us!

A very peaceful quiet beautiful place to stay during our incredible time on the big island:) Our place was very clean and comfortable and Jo Ann was a lovely host. Though not originally planned Jo Ann arranged a late check out for us as we had a late flight back home. We Are Coming Back

Within a few days of checking into this amazing townhouse we called the owner and asked for a month next year. The expansive golf course and mountain views, larger than usual patios and lanai, wonderful furnishings, and lots of light were the main attractions. But the attention to detail (some staples and condiments but not crammed shelves, liquid soap at all sinks and showers, a user friendly outside grill, new patio furnishings, silk flowers, and lots of utensils/kitchen tools, nice patio dining, plush towels and cotton tea towels, etc.) is what made our two weeks like staying in a high end hotel room. We have stayed in four different condominiums at Mauna Lani over the past 15 years and this is the best.

Great family vacation

We had an excellent week staying at Jo Ann’s beautiful condo. The condo had absolutely everything you would need for a beach vacation and the kitchen had all the appliances and utensils to feel like you were in your own home. The bikes were ideal to get to and from the beach if others took the car to go to a different location (though one of the pedals on one bike was broken but hopefully that will get fixed). Otherwise, it’s about a 20 minute easy walk to 2 great beaches. Jo Ann was very communicative and helpful and we appreciated her hospitality and all recommendations. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The owners were very easy to work with and the level of communication with them was perfect. The house was just as described and was well stocked with cooking and beach supplies. They also provided ample towels which is always nice. The pool was also great and heated to a perfect temperature. The grounds were spotless and it is by far the quietest place we’ve stayed in the Waikoloa area. Highly recommend.

Family vacation on the Big Island

Perfect Getaway

We had an excellent 13-day stay at the condo. The unit is spacious, yet very welcoming & comfortable. We were instantly relaxed. It was very clean and the provisions (towels, beach chairs, bikes etc) were abundant. The patios have excellent views of the golf course and the unit felt very secluded & private. The neighborhood is well-laid out and its a mere minute's walk to the pool. The pool was never too crowded no matter what time of day we were there. All people we encountered there were courteous & friendly. The location is also ideal - a short drive to the beach & store and just a few miles from Waikaloa. Jo Ann was an excellent host - very attentive and responsive. We will be visiting again should the opportunity arise.

Fantastic Vacation Rental

Our family of four (2 teens) had a great time at Jo Ann's place. We have stayed in Mauna Lani several times before but Golf Villas is our new favorite! There were great views from the townhome and it is well supplied with everything you could need in the kitchen and for the beach. We also enjoyed riding the bicycles around Mauna Lani and to the black sand beach. Jo Ann was great to work with and the only issue was not wanting to leave. We can't wait to get back! Great place, location and owner

We stayed for two weeks at Jo Ann's place. The condo was as described, on the golf course and very comfortable. Grill was really nice and both outdoor patios were very comfortable to spend time. Jo Ann was a breeze to deal with. Perhaps because of Covid, there were some things that could be better for the next guest. 1. Many lightbulbs throughout the condo were out, and I could not find replacements. This was inconvenient. 2. The bottom bathroom needs a new toilet seat. This was the most challenging thing to deal with. 3. The top floor fan did not work and made for a very hot bedroom unless you turn on air conditioning. 4. The location is GREAT for biking but neither bike in the garage worked even after I borrowed a tire pump. Tires were old and did not hold air. Having working bikes would have upped our vacation tremendously. All in all, a good stay. The issues could have probably been dealt with by the property manager if we had called, but I just don't like to deal with such things on vacation; I like the place to be ready for a nice stay with all the things in working order. I think the owner will address them for the next guest because she is very responsive. Location was terrific.

My husband and I moved to Hawaii 50 years ago as newlyweds. Our children were born and raised in the islands. We are a golfing family and enjoyed our 'ready-made' foursome. We now are blessed with the addition of a son-in-law and daughter-in-law to our family and look forward to spending time with them at our new home at Mauna Lani.

We purchased this beautiful townhome at Golf Villas (previously VRBO listing #244573) in the Mauna Lani Resort in 2013. We owned a couple of units at Mauna Lani when our children were young and we had wonderful memories of family vacations there. We decided to 'go home' to Mauna Lani again. We are thrilled as this unit is meticulously maintained and beautifully furnished.

Our condo is located in one of the two most desirable buildings in Golf Villas. It is an end unit overlooking the 10th fairway of the famous South Course. Look directly across the fairway and view the multimillion dollar homes of Black Sand Beach.

Our home has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms which we limit to 6 guests.

The upstairs den has a desk where you can enjoy a beautiful view while checking your e-mails with free secured Broadband wireless connection.

The dining room accommodates 6 people and it opens to the downstairs lanai which has a Teak wood table and seating for 6.

We love the summer kitchen with a Thermador stainless steel BBQ where you can prepare fish bought from the local fishermen or steaks from Parker Ranch. If you wish to just sit and relax outside there is also a 4 person conversation area with table.

Our comfortable living room includes a 42' flat TV.

Hair dryers are in each bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TVs, cable/digital TV with music channels.

There are 2 championship courses each with spectacular views. There is an owner's private beach where you can snorkel and see a wide variety of spectacular fish. You will have access to both.

A Foodland Farms market at the Mauna Lani Marketplace provides everything without having to drive several miles to find the next market.
