Welcome to your private retreat in Parel Vallei, Somerset West — a peaceful, leafy neighborhood set along the quiet greenbelt with views of the Helderberg mountains. Set on a private pan-handle driveway, the home offers excellent privacy, quiet surroundings, and easy, stair-free access.
The outdoor areas are designed for relaxed living. Enjoy the large private garden that opens onto the greenbelt, an open swimming pool fitted with a safety net, and a covered braai patio with outdoor dining and seating — perfect for long lunches, evening meals, and calm mornings outside.
Inside, the home features a bright lounge with a fireplace, a dedicated workspace with WiFi, and a second family/game room with an extra single bed for flexible sleeping arrangements. The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas stove, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and a washing machine for longer stays.
There are three well-sized bedrooms: a king bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (bath + shower) and two queen bedrooms. A second full bathroom with a bath, shower, and separate toilet serves the remaining rooms. All linens and towels are provided.
The property includes private driveway parking, essential safety features such as a smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher, first-aid kit and a lockbox for check-out.

We chose Parel Vallei because it offers the best of Somerset West in one place — quiet streets, lots of trees, and direct access to the greenbelt, all while being just minutes from wine farms, beaches, shops, and schools. It’s a peaceful, family-oriented area with beautiful mountain views and a relaxed, safe feel. We love the sense of space here, the birdlife, and how easy it is to get outdoors, whether it’s a walk in the nature reserve or a quick drive to the coast. It’s a neighborhood that feels calm and private, but still close to everything you might need during your stay.
