One of a kind property on Nantucket. Custom built house on a professionally designed acre+ of land on the edge of Nantucket town district. Gourmet kitchen, beautiful living room with gas fireplace, large first floor master and 3 large bedrooms on the second floor. Full basement. There is a wrap around farmers porch off the living room. Guest carriage house located on same property, can be rented along with the main house for an added rate or may be rented separately.
Please note: A signed rental agreement is required to finalize your reservation. Even if your booking request is accepted through VRBO, it is not fully confirmed until the rental agreement has been reviewed and signed. Instructions to complete the agreement will be provided immediately after booking.
The edge of Town draws an arc that starts from Prospect Street by the Old Mill and sweeps west and north, ending right behind Cliff Road. The area has quickly built up since 2010, and is defined by accessible luxury. Sitting just outside the Old Historic District, the Edge of Town offers some of the closest homes to Town with pools, as well as many newly constructed residences with modern amenities.
