This house is our personal family property, not a commercial one. While you enjoy your stay, we’ll be relaxing in our summer house in Bodrum, leaving everything just as we use it daily. You are free to use every space and all the things you will need during your stay.

THE SPACE:
Completely refurbished in 2025, this 90 m² (970 sq ft) apartment features two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with a single bed), a spacious living room (sleep space - two single-beds) with new Mondi Home furniture, a kitchen with new cupboards and a LAMAR® countertop, and a bathroom.
The entire place emphasizes a modern and stylish décor for a glamorous vibe, perfect for business travelers who need excellent transportation connections and a dedicated workspace, families wanting comfort in Istanbul's most popular district, or couples & singles looking to experience the bohemian side like locals do.

ABOUT THE LIVING ROOM SETUP:
The living room features a convertible sofa that serves as daytime seating and unfolds into two single beds for sleeping. Using a high-quality futon-style mechanism, the backrest folds flat to form a bed without a separate frame, offering a simple, space-saving design perfect for casual, minimalist comfort. Many guest love this flexible arrangement.
Our living room features a low coffee table in front of the sofa, ideal for drinks and snacks, and a TV stand that holds the television and media devices, enhancing functionality and style.
Our living room includes a console table against a wall and a cabinet for storage of different items.
The dining area is also in this room with a table and six chairs. The dining table can be unfolded for more guests, and six more chairs are available with a full set of porcelain tableware.

ABOUT THE BEDROOMS's SETUP:
The bedroom with the double bed features a comfortable mattress on a sturdy frame, dressed in fresh linens, plush pillows, and a soft duvet. Flanked by two bedside tables, it offers ample space for couples, with a wardrobe and dresser for storage and blackout curtains for restful sleep—all in a serene, minimalist design.
The bedroom with the single bed doubles as a functional workstation. It features a cozy single bed with crisp linens, a soft pillow, and a warm duvet.
A compact desk with a comfortable chair sits by the window for work or study, paired with a practical wardrobe for ample storage. Soft lighting and a small rug add warmth to the minimalist, efficient space.

It includes an oven, fridge+freezer, coffee machine for fresh coffee beans, cocktail shaker, and all essentials—pots, pans, cutlery, plates, glasses, plus olive oil, sunflower oil, spices, and coffee/tea for your convenience. Anything you will need.

BATHROOM:
The bathroom is clean, compact, and functional. It features a white ceramic toilet, a wall-mounted sink with a mirrored cabinet above for storage, and a walk-in shower with a glass screen and rainfall head. Tiled in grey tones for easy maintenance; 24/7 hot water; it includes fresh towels, non-slip mat, and complimentary toiletries like soap and shampoo. Washing machine & dryer machine is available.
