Step into The Drift House, a bright mid-century surf bungalow in Indian Harbour Beach. Nestled on a peaceful barrier island, it’s just a short walk to both the Beach and the Indian River Lagoon! — for the perfect balance of beach days and coastal sunsets.
The space
The Drift House is a lovingly restored mid-century surf bungalow tucked between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River Lagoon in Indian Harbour Beach.
Inside, you’ll find terrazzo floors, vintage coastal décor, and plenty of natural light that gives the home its breezy, Old Florida feel.
Location Highlights:
• Barrier-island setting between ocean and river — the best of both worlds
• Walk or drive to the beach or Indian River Lagoon in under 5 minutes.
• Near local cafés, parks, surf breaks, and paddleboard launches
• Short drive to Melbourne, Cocoa Beach, and Kennedy Space Center
What You’ll Love:
• Three comfortable bedrooms (including one king, one queen, 2 twin beds) with quality mattresses & linens.
• Two full bathrooms stocked with essentials such as shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
• A bright open-concept living room that opens to the outdoor courtyard.
• Dining area and table with seating for 6.
• Fully equipped kitchen
• Laundry area (with washer and dryer).
• Fast Wi-Fi, Smart TV, beach gear, and two adult bikes
• Pet-friendly! Bring your pup along for the island life
Guest access:
Guests have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas.
Parking is available for four vehicles in the driveway.
The garage may be used only with prior approval for extended stays.
Other things to note: We do provide some basic beach gear and two adult bikes (to be used at your own risk).
