Magnífico ático construido en 2018 de 1000 pies cuadrados ubicado en el 4to piso con 2 amplios dormitorios y 2 baños, una terraza privada en la azotea con jacuzzi abierto todo el año y vista de la ciudad de Quebec, mesa y barbacoa, abundantes ventanas y estacionamiento cubierto privado. Barrio animado todo el año cerca del Viejo Quebec con todas las tiendas cercanas: restaurantes, cafeterías, bares, tiendas de comestibles, panaderías, etc. Propietarios disponibles, servicio impecable y excelente mantenimiento.

El condominio y la terraza privada ofrecen hermosas vistas y el edificio está muy bien insonorizado. Además, el condominio tiene una decoración original, techos de 9 pies, encimeras de granito, una cocina perfectamente equipada (máquina de café espresso, lavavajillas, etc.), aire acondicionado, wifi, ducha de cerámica y mucho más.

We had an excellent stay. The condo is in a great location. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. The condo was very clean, beautifully decorated and the beds were comfortable.

This rental is wonderful and has everything you might need, from tissues and wastebaskets to kitchen supplies and even a small vacuum cleaner to keep the floor clean for longer stays. We’ve stayed in many VRBO rentals and this was one of the best in terms of location, cleanliness and being well-stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies. Communication was quick and easy as was check in and check out. We didn’t use the hot tub but enjoyed the rooftop space and even got to watch a fireworks show over the river from our vantage point. Great stay all around!!

Great stay

We arrived in a blizzard and luckily could get in early. Location was perfect, plenty of restaurants within steps of the condo. Great space in the condo, so awesome to have laundry.

Spacious and well supplied penthouse suite. The unit was immaculate and had everything we needed (well, actually a tea pot would have been perfect). The 4 flights of stairs to walk up are definitely a challenge but once inside the unit it is worth the effort. The hot tub manual looks overwhelming but isn’t really too bad. Thank you for all the good suggestions on local places to try. The neighbourhood is an extra bonus to this booking. It is charming and easily walkable with delightful old character buildings and architecture. Truly a pleasure to stay here.

Friends trip

The property is just as in photos, it’s clean, comfortable and very spacious for 4. The amenities in the suite are so well stocked, coffee, toilet paper etc. The hot tub was a super bonus feature, we enjoyed it most evenings. The area is close enough to the city for an easy walk. The community offers shops, restaurants, and the pub on the main floor is worth a visit. The window in the first bedroom is broken, it would not open, so the room was warm at night. That would be our only mention. Thanks for an awesome stay!

Great neighborhood, beautiful apartment

We truly enjoyed our stay in Quebec City. The apartment was spacious, clean, quiet and aesthetically lovely. Kitchen was well appointed. Great air conditioning. Each day we walked downtown, 3+ miles/5+ km round trip. Rooftop deck was a beautiful place to view the city, the moon, a rainbow, and fireworks. The only downside was the pub exhaust fan empties out on the roof and smelled like burgers and fries which put us off using the nice hot tub. Pas de probleme!

Quebec Trip

Fabulous stay, enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen, bathroom and living room, we had everything we would need or find right at home! Beautifully finished condo with an absolutely amazing view of the city from the balcony hot tub. Perfectly located for a weekend touring the city.

Cozy Quebec Condo!

Our stay here was excellent! Check in was a breeze, thanks to the thorough instructions provided and the accommodations were truly top notch. The views from the apartment were expansive, the kitchen was well stocked, the beds and linens were very comfortable and the hot tub was an added bonus after a long day of exploring the city. The neighborhood itself was quiet and had lots to offer within walking distance. A great place to stay, for sure!

Great Apartment, fabulous time!

My husband, our daughter, her husband, and I stayed for a week at this apartment. I really can't say enough good things about it. It was one of the best if not the best equipped VRBO property we have ever rented. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment as well as those things we usually have to bring like spices, paper towels, washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs, plastic wrap and aluminum foil. There was even laundry soap and dryer sheets! The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of linens. The apartment itself was clean and just right for the 4 of us. The neighborhood was very quiet, and everything was convenient. It is only a short walk to an IGA grocery store as well as a drug store. We only used the hot tub once due to the weather being quite cold, but the rooftop terrace has beautiful views. The pub downstairs had really good food and the staff were very friendly. We had brunch and supper there as well as drinks one night. I would definitely recommend the Irish Stew - it was delicious! I would highly recommend this VRBO apartment for a visit to Quebec City! It is very convenient to the city and old town. We were there to visit the Christmas Markets. A fabulous time was had by all!

Great Fall Getaway

Our atay was perfect! The unit is nicer than advertised! Big, clean and comfortable. It’s located on a street corner but was so quiet; the windows are too notch. The reserved parking is a big plus. Many great dining options within walking distance. Would definitely go back.

Quebec City Stay

Four of us stayed at Frederik’s VRBO in Quebec City for four nights. The two bedroom two bath fourth floor unit was well equipped and furnished with a clean rooftop hot tub. We were initially concerned about parking for our second car but found we could easily find space on the nearby street. We drove into old Quebec City within 10 minutes each morning, spend the day, and returned to an evening hot tub to recap the day. The restaurants and bakeries nearby along with the grocery store were all great. The neighborhood is safe feeling with families walking by from nearby homes. We will strongly consider a return visit and stay at the same comfortable, modern VBRO.

Great 4th floor walk up

This was a beautiful apartment, very comfortable for two couples with separate bathrooms. It has lots of windows, appears newly renovated, very clean and nicely decorated. Great neighborhood with restaurants and nearby grocery store. Half hour walk into the old city. Just be aware that it is on the 4th floor with no elevator. Frederic was awesome. Very helpful, available and friendly.

Beautiful

The condominium was very nice, beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. The neighborhood was very convenient with a grocery store around the corner and two pharmacies, as well as a number of eateries and coffee shops. It’s a bit of a walk to the historic city, but one can drive and easily park in the garage that is located there. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay as did my partner. The hosts were very responsive to any of our questions and easy to reach. I highly recommend this property if I return to Quebec I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent spot

Our family of four had an excellent stay here. We walked into the city each day and returned to the hot tub and a neighborhood dinner each evening. The place was clean and spacious with excellent views all around.
