FEATURES: Oceanfront and oceanside condominium complex. Offering 2 bedrooms, 2 baths with oceanfront, oceanside and ocean view units. Swimming pool, tennis courts, pickleball, charcoal park-style grills, outside showers, two EV charging stations (call office for details), turtle friendly outdoor lighting. Two parking spaces per unit. Buildings 2 and 4 are direct oceanfront peg lots. Buildings 1, 3 and 5 are back oceanfront peg lots. Buildings 6, 7 and 8 are second row. No pets.

Pier Pointe 4 A-1 is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom cond with King in 1st bedroom and Queen in 2nd bedroom * Double Murphy bed (living area). Island Club linen service with beds made. Dishwasher, washer/dryer, 3 Smart TVs with YouTube TV and Netflix, wireless Internet access. Covered oceanfront deck is the perfect place to sit and enjoy morning coffee or your favorite beverage. Property was beach front but we were on the first floor so had to walk out on boardwalk to view I’ll have to be more careful with looking at that next time but otherwise the beach was beautiful .The whole condo decor and set up was beautiful

Our new go-to spot! Perfect place for a family vacation

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean, in a great location, and super convenient to the beach. They pretty much have everything you need available in the unit. The AC stopped working one night, but that could happen anywhere you stay and they responded with great service. We liked the place so much, we’ve already booked our stay for next year!

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, relaxing and just steps to the beach! We enjoyed staying out on the beach all day then going back out at night to catch crabs!

We loved the place beach was great perfect location clean and private no one bothered us at all and the small bathroom is heated u cut it on right before showering so ur not cold drying off it was really nice

Perfect Beach Location

This is the perfect Beach condo. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen is well stocked and the beds are very comfortable. The property owner was responsive and friendly. Best of all, the property sits right on the beach and very close to the pool, the perfect location! We had a fantastic stay!

Perfect for our family

We love being able to walk out the door directly to the walkway to the beach. Very clean and modern. Highly recommend! Our two teenage daughters and my husband and I were very comfortable here.

The layout and location are perfect for vacation. We found the big shells everyday. The weather was not the best, however there were plenty of games and puzzles to keep us entertained. The lock on the door is tricky but the Vacasa team helped us quickly.

Perfect Condo by the Sea

Good wine down weekend

Property was very nice. This was a good thing because it rained most of our time there. But we still had a great time. The place has everything, including a washer and dryer, and all the chairs and umbrellas and other beach stuff to go sit on the beach.

Great getaway

My sister-in-law and I wanted a little beach getaway with our kids for a few days. The location of this unit was amazing. The walkway to the beach is right outside the door, so no need to bring a beach cart. It was so easy to get chairs and umbrellas set up with the short walk. The pool is also so close. It made it great walking with 4 young children to both the beach and the pool. The Murphy bed in the main living area was perfect and comfortable. I would stay here again.

Great Location

Great location, very clean. Unfortunately, we tried to email the property manager a couple of times prior to our arrival, and we failed to get a response. Other little details like very few bath linens and paper products, we had to go shopping for toilet paper and paper towels. But again, the location of this property was great and it was very comfortable and clean.

Beach Week 2023

We go to Emerald Isle every year with a large group of family and friends. The condo is a little bit of a distance from shopping and errands in Emerald Isle, especially with the traffic on busy weekend days. The property was very clean as described and the beds were very comfortable. It can be noisy if there is someone in the condo above. The view from the deck is below the dunes, so you can’t see the ocean. Overall a nice place and we had a good time.

Great place

This property was very very clean and very very close to the beach. Lots of extra starters in case you forgot something you could have got through your first day without having to go to the store and the condo is very nicely stocked with anything you needed to cook or make drinks. Anything like that. There was beach towels, beach chairs. Lots of things we would not have needed to bring on our own. Lots of room would definitely stay here again. The only thing I would suggest is a key to the sliding glass door. When you walk to the beach somebody had to stay in the condo and go out the front door and lock it so the place was locked. I did not feel comfortable letting it unlocked as you couldn't see the actual door from the beach that would have made it some easier to have a key that actually locked that sliding glass door that you could take with you, but would definitely stay here again. Loved everything about it

Great beach condo

We enjoyed our stay at this oceanfront condo. The two bedroom, two bath condo was clean and nicely furnished. The king size bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped--something that is quite variable in Emerald Isle condo's (e.g., had a rental company tell me I should have brought my own hot pads for cooking at another condo!). Lots of thoughtful touches here, such as phone chargers in multiple rooms; books and magazines to browse through; ample supplies of paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filters, and Keurig pods; and liquid hand soap at every sink. The generous supplies meant we didn't need to run out to resupply in the middle of our stay. I also appreciated the one-step check-in and check-out processes. All we needed to do was enter the door code at check-in time, no extra stop to pick up keys. The 11 AM check out time was later than many other rentals which made the last morning less hectic. We had one glitch (hence four stars overall). The refrigerator was not fully working. The owners were very responsive. It was an issue they'd already attended to and had been told was fixed, but the problem had been misdiagnosed. They really tried to get the refrigerator fixed or replaced immediately--it just wasn't possible over a holiday weekend. Ultimately, the owners refunded some of the rental cost and helped us problem solve keeping items cold while we were there. To the extent possible given circumstances out of their control, the owners made sure we were satisfied and comfortable, and were good communicators as we worked through this. The repair was scheduled for shortly after we departed, so it is unlikely any other renter will have problems. The unit is on the first floor. There is only a half flight of stairs to climb from the parking lot which is great for unpacking compared to upper level units. Only downside to first floor was occasional footsteps heard from above. Plenty of parking close to unit and the location feels very private. All in all, a nice place for a beach getaway!
