Changes in Latitude is a beautifully renovated 3BR/2BA villa tucked away in the highly sought after gated Ocean Ridge Resort community of Edisto Beach. This home is located in the Club Cottages area and guests will have access to the resort amenities which include 3 pools, a putt putt course, a playground, 2 tennis courts, 4 pickleball courts, a fitness center, and more! Another guest favorite feature of this home is the colorfully lit, screened-in tiki bar with a TV, perfect for enjoying a margarita while watching the game.
The main living area offers a comfortable yet upscale, open-concept space for guests to enjoy. As you enter the home, you will be greeted by a stunning kitchen featuring updated stainless steel appliances which include a wine fridge as well as a beverage fridge. The large kitchen island is surrounded by 5 bar stools allowing it to be utilized as a breakfast bar. The kitchen flows into the living room which then leads into the sunroom making this a space that can be used year round. The sunroom offers a great space for eating dinner as a group or playing games on a rainy day.
The two main bedrooms are on the main level offer comfortable king sized beds, ceiling fans, and smart TV`s. In addition they each have a full sized bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo.
The third bedroom/loft space is located on the second floor, Featuring two twin beds and a queen sized bed along with a TV. This space is the perfect spot to send the kiddos to after a long day at the beach.
There is covered parking beneath the home for one car and there is a room for a 2nd car in the driveway. There is also a full size washer/dryer set and an outdoor shower just off of the carport. The Margaritaville inspired tiki bar is also located on the ground level.
Guests can walk to Pros and Cons, an upscale restaurant located directly behind the club cottages, by accessing a short set of steps just off of the cul-de-sac. Golfers will also appreciate the convenient location of the home as the Golf Pro shop is also located directly behind the club cottages.
Edisto offers so many outdoor activities for the whole family to enjoy but the wildlife can also be incredibly captivating. While exploring this classic beach town, guests can expect to see white tailed deer, alligators, various coastal birds, dolphins, turtles, and so much more. Take the kids to the serpentarium, visit Botany Bay, bike the many bike trails, or book a fishing charter! There truly is something for everyone but our favorite feature of Edisto is viewing the sunset from beach access 35.

-There are 3 community pools open year round but only one is heated and has a retractable roof.
-Grills are not allowed at the unit. However there are community grills located nearby.
-Check-in time: 4 pm. Check-out time: 10 am.
-No Parties, events, loud music etc.
-While guests have access to all of the Ocean Ridge Resort amenities. We do not maintain the amenities and cannot control if an amenity is closed or requires maintenance during your stay.
-Guests get access to Ocean Ridge amenities via a key fob. If the key fob is lost the cost to replace the fob is $500.
