The house was extremely clean, comfortable beds, wifi was good, hot tub was nice to use and unwind from a day at the beach that you can just walk too. Will diffently stay here again!!!!

This was our second time staying here and it was all great. We will be back! The property was clean with lots of amenities, plus a quick walk to the beach. Highly highly recommend.

It was the best family vacation in a long while. We enjoyed the nearby tide pools, sand dunes and beach. Perfect place for grandparents, kids and grandkids. The home provided everything we could want.

This is my second time staying at this house, and I returned with a different group of friends because this house has it ALL! The house is breathtaking, really kept up well, clean, modern and high-end. The beds are extremely soft, kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed, the sun room is a dream & back porch has a stunning view! The only thing I would change is toilet paper — it’s completely see-through & rough. Everything else from inside and outside the home, price and property management is 10/10! Can’t wait to bring my family here next!

Great location & accommodations

We had wonderful vacation at Sand Dollar Shore. The location was close to a beautiful beach, that offered scenic walks and lots of wildlife to admire. It was also close to our favorite beach, Pudding Creek, as well as tasty resultants and fun shopping. The house was well stocked with everything we needed to enjoy relaxing evenings. Including home cooked meals, a hot tub, comfortable bedding and games for the kids & adults. We look forward to another stay here in the future. Everyone was sad to leave.

lovely house

The house is lovely and totally remodeled. The only thing is that it is located about 20 minutes north of Fort Bragg. I didn't really understand that from the listing.

Beautiful Beach House

A beautiful well-appointed home. Quality furnishings, appliances and comfort. Provided most everything we could need. Whole-house generator was a blessing as a storm knocked out power for a couple of days, but we didn't miss a beat. Floors a little noisy, but didn't bother us too much. Highly recommend!

Hot tub was horrible when we got there, couldn’t even see the sides or bottom of hot tub,. It got clearer after we put more water in it. At least we could see the bottom then. Door handle has lost screw and keeps falling g looked for set screw but couldn’t find it. We had a problem locking front door from outside…weren’t able to..,and after a couple times asking just gave up…

Great in every way

The house is extremely clean, and the lack of carpeting makes it feel that much cleaner. It is very cozy; the fireplace keeps it that way even without carpeting. Its in a lovely neighborhood; we walked to the beach with a cocktail every evening before dinner. The game room and hot tub are great for kids and grownups alike. Kitchen has any appliance you could ever use. It is about 15 minutes to Ft Bragg, which makes day trips super easy. The "no-pets" policy is fantastic for my wife and son who have allergies. I have nothing bad to say about this house. Most importantly, neither did my wife or mother! And that is an accomplishment in and of itself. I would just ask that the owner and manager keep it pet free and clean so we can come back next year! Thank you!

Ocean Meadows Circle Stay 1-2-2024 thru 1-6-2024

I cannot fault this house/owner/manager for the attention to detail (decor & amenities), location and overall house arrangement (sleeping-beds/linens were great). Kitchen was fully stocked. However, I would suggest that each time the house is cleaned, I would have them check the smoke alarms &/or carbon monoxide detection devices, or automatically change every 6 months. At around1:00 a.m. first night, we were rudely awakened by deafening fire alarms in the house. Called management. They told us to call police. Called police. They told us to vacate the premises (raining outside). The police contacted the fire dept. for us. They came and inspected premises for CM. Nothing detected. Our fear was that PERHAPs the fireplace was leaking CM, because there definitely was not a fire. Go back to bed. It happened again at 2:30 a.m. No one, not even the fire department, was able to spot the one detector that needed a new battery, because it stayed green until it went off, THEN it turned red. Assuming that someone had been there the night before (or several nights-New Years Eve), because I don't think they had the time to clean the hot tub. We still used it. The garage is marketed as a game room, but we found it too cold to enjoy. None of the kids (teens, who can weather most anything) used it. A space heater would be nice (or some form of heat). I would rent it again.
