Check-in process was very smooth. The house was in great condition, and fit all our needs very well. Lastly, Jerry was very easy to communicate with and responded quicker than anyone else I’ve ever dealt with through this platform. We will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our week long stay! We liked the location and the two levels of living space created a bit more privacy if two families are staying. I would recommend renting the golf cart, doing so really enhanced the experience. The washer/dryer on both levels was convenient. Kitchen appliances were new and clean. Beach chairs and wagon, bikes, grill, basketballs, volleyball, pickleball equipment add to the fun. Bonus: deer frequented the yard. Host was very responsive and helpful for any questions.

Pet friendly. Very clean, cool and comfortable. The home comes with everything you need for a great stay at Fripp Island including an upstairs and downstairs washer, dryer and refrigerator and baby deer in the backyard. There were six of us with room for more. Beach chairs, beach bikes, kid bikes, beach wagon, coolers! Great location on the island too. The hosts really did think of everything.

We're a family of six who absolutely love Fripp Island. When we moved to a house on Shipwreck Street, we knew we'd found something special—so when we purchased this home on Fripp, naming it "Shipwrecked Again" felt like the perfect fit. It's our happy place, and we want it to be yours too.
We bought this home specifically so we could vacation here with our extended family and close friends. With kids ranging from age 4 to teenagers, we've learned what works for multi-family getaways. The layout is key—three upstairs bedrooms for families with younger kids, and two downstairs bedrooms that our older children love for the independence and space they provide. The downstairs guest suite works perfectly when grandparents visit and want their own retreat from the happy chaos.
Whether you're vacationing with extended family, celebrating a milestone, or getting away with close friends, we know this home will give you the same joy and relaxation it brings our family. We've thought through every detail to make group vacations easier and more enjoyable.

**The Home & Setting**
Set back from the road on a large lot, the home offers a safe front yard for kids and ample parking. The kitchen and dining area overlook a backyard with lake views, while the screened-in porch is where you'll catch deer at sunrise and sunset—those special island moments families remember for years.
**Prime Location**
We're perfectly positioned on Fripp Island. Close to the main entrance, park, and general store, we still feel away from the bustle. Tennis and pickle ball courts are minutes away, and bikes are available for exploring the walking and biking path directly across the street.
**The Beach Advantage**
Our part of the island has the best beach access points (#3-15)—expansive beaches with shallower waters perfect for young children. Here's our favorite beach strategy: arrive in the morning, set up your chairs, return to the house for lunch while your setup stays safe above the tide line, then head back for the afternoon. The golf cart makes it quick and fun, giving you flexibility other beach days can't match. Add pool-hopping at the community pools, and you've got variety all week.
