The Space:

*ENTRY

You’re provided with 1 designated parking spot. Enter your second floor unit (#15) up one set of stairs using a secure lock code. Let's maintain a restful atmosphere for other guests by being considerate of all neighbors.



*BEDROOMS

Each of the two bedrooms has a double bed and living room has a pullout sofa to accommodate a total of 6 guests. Each bedroom is supplied with a single set of sheets & Smart TV. Each bedroom also has a luggage rack, iron & ironing board, and phone charging ports for your convenience.



*BATHROOM

Within the unit is 1 full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bath towels, toilet paper, sample toiletries, and a hair dryer are provided for your convenience.



**NOTE: 1 set of bath towels per guest. Please bring your own beach towels (bath towels must not leave the unit).



*KITCHEN

*PET OWNERS: *Only 1 pet up to 50lb allowed. Pet fee $75 per pet.

Only fully trained pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved by the host. Please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you. Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, pets are not allowed on beds and furniture and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets, or furniture, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee. Please contact me for details.
