It features two bedrooms, including one queen bed and two twin beds, plus a cozy living room with a sofa bed. Spacious bedrooms with gleaming hardwood floors throughout. Natural light lights fills all the rooms. The single bathroom is perfect for freshening up after a day of exploring. Great Little Bungalow

My wife and i stayed here while in town for the Cherry Point airshow. It is a very cute and clean little house that has great access to many nearby activities. We would definitely love to stay here again, thank you

Everything about our stay was so simple and easy start to finish. Home was easy to find, great parking and easy to get settled. Flow of the house was great, accommodations were wonderful. Would Recommend over and over again.

I was looking for my forever/retirement home as I had just become an empty nester. I was looking to downsize and move away from all of the traffic congestion and raising cost of living in a big city. I lived in Atlanta for 20 years while raising my kids and as they went on their adult paths I was ready for my next chapter. Three years ago after a visit from my daughter for a job interview in New Bern where she told me of how great was this town. I decided to come and see it for myself. I visited New Bern one weekend and within a month I purchased a home in this lovely town. It t was exactly what I was looking for: a small quaint town with a lot of history, no traffic, very affordable, no big retail chains and a perfect place for people looking to retire. I have been interested in owning a VRBO property for a while and a great investment opportunity was presented to me by my real estate agent. I jumped on it and I am sharing this beautiful bungalow with all you! In my free time I am usually checking out the local musicians, catching the seasonal free concert series in Union Park, trying out new restaurants and visiting my old favorites, watching a play/musical in the historic New Bern Civic Theatre, and visiting our beautiful Crystal Coast beaches in the Outer Banks and enjoying the rich history of our quaint and vibrant downtown.

This bungalow is warm & charming and has a lot of history as it is near 100 years old. You wouldn’t be able to tell as the interior reflects modern conveniences and amenities. It comes stocked with coffee, milk creamers, sugar, sweeteners, tea, snacks, breakfast bars, and water bottles. 2 car parking available. A variety of board games, listening music options, and DVD/bluray movies.
