HIGH ALTITUDE

Alma Alta is located at high elevation. Guests arriving from lower elevations may feel the effects of altitude for the first day. We recommend drinking plenty of water and taking it easy when you arrive.



** WINTER DRIVING **

Colorado Passenger Traction Law is enforced from September 1 to May 31. You are strongly encouraged to have 4WD or AWD to access the property. Although this property is accessed via well maintained public roads, it is in a high altitude environment and the roads leading to the property have the potential to be snowcovered. SECURITY CAMERAS

Alma Alta has a single exterior security camera to monitor the driveway and entry areas. Cameras are located outdoors only. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private outdoor spaces.

Bross, locally known as The DeCaLiBron, with views of Mt. Silverheels and the Continental Divide at Hoosier Pass. The Mt. Lincoln trailhead is just around the corner from our driveway. Nearby Montgomery Reservoir and the Middle Fork of the South Platte River offers world class trout fishing, and Wheeler Lake trail is great for hiking, mountain biking and offroad enthusiasts.
