Douglas Lake is a popular East Tennessee destination for fishing and boating, and you're about 1.5 miles from Indian Creek Public Dock, with easy access to Swann's Marina, Lighthouse Pointe Marina, and other nearby boat launches. When you're ready to explore, Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, Gatlinburg, and Great Smoky Mountains National Park are all within about 30 miles.



Inside, the two-story home combines country charm with modern comfort. The upper level features an open living area, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar, kitchen island, dining table, and a wall of glass overlooking the lake.
