Currently, the lobby is adorned with charming Christmas decorations. Ideal for family pictures and holiday memories. The condo also includes covered parking, making it easy to leave your car behind and stroll into downtown Gatlinburg without the stress of crowded parking.

The Baskins Creek Condominiums sit three blocks south of the Parkway in downtown Gatlinburg, offering a stop for the Gatlinburg Trolley in front of the building. Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies, Ripley's Believe It or Not!, the Hollywood Star Cars Museum, the Gatlinburg Space Needle, the Village Shoppes, the Gatlinburg Convention Center, and many more attractions are an easy walk away. The vast expanse of Great Smoky Mountains National Park - where you can cast a line in 2,900 miles of fishing streams and watch for wildlife in Cades Cove - begins one mile south. And the town of Pigeon Forge - the home of Dollywood, WonderWorks, the Hollywood Wax Museum, The Island in Pigeon Forge, and an assortment of dinner theaters - is only eight miles north.
