Please read the entire listing before confirming your reservation. The apartment has one bedroom (suite) with a king-size bed and a living room with a sofa bed, accommodating up to 2 people. In addition, you can enjoy a lovely balcony with ocean views. The apartment is screened and safe for children.

Bedding information: King size bed: 40 cm mattress (opt for flat sheets). Sofa bed: double or queen size sheet (also flat).

Don't forget to bring: Bath towels, face towels, and beach towels. A sarong to enjoy the sun!

The American-style kitchen is equipped with a 2-burner induction cooktop, induction cookware, dishes, microwave, coffee maker, and basic kitchen utensils, perfect for small meals.

The building is located in the best and safest neighborhood in the city, facing the sea. The condominium offers 24-hour concierge service, easy check-in through reception, a swimming pool and gym with panoramic views of the Santos coastline. There is also a self-service laundry (Bubble Box Santos), available for an additional fee.

Pet Policy:

We know your pet is part of your family! That's why we accept 1 small pet per rental, provided the animal knows how to relieve itself in an appropriate place.

There is an additional charge for your pet, which must be included in the number of guests. The amount is R$150.00.

It is important to emphasize that, when bringing their pet, the guest assumes full responsibility for any damage to the furniture, especially for cleaning, if necessary, upholstery and carpets.
