The perfect mix of comfort, style, and location, whether you’re here for business or pleasure.
Townhaus 403 is a 2 bed, 2.5 bath 2 story townhouse with a balcony & small back yard. The downstairs has a living room, kitchen, dining area, and half bath, as well as access to the small back yard area with a table & chairs. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for eating in. Upstairs are 2 master suites and the laundry area. The main bedroom is larger room with a king bed, dresser, and includes a bathroom with double sinks, a soaking tub, separate walk-in shower & a balcony. The second bedroom includes a queen size bed & bathroom with a tub-shower combo. There is also a chest of drawers located in the closet. The laundry area has extra laundry detergent & supplies, as well as an iron & ironing board.
Make yourself right at home! The entire townhouse is yours for your stay, including the backyard. The only area that is not accessible is the closet in the dining area, which is used to store cleaning supplies for the cleaners.
We are typically available to answer messages between 7am-9pm, during waking hours. Please message through the app so that everyone on our team can see your messages for a faster response.
The townhouse has parking for 2 vehicles directly in front of the townhouse. There is also a dumpster at the back of the parking lot for trash disposal.
