These two separate spacious 3BR suites are the perfect home base for your festival adventure. We will do our best to keep you as close together as possible, but in the worst case they may be on different buildings.

- Exclusive Shuttle Service: Skip the transportation stress with the shuttle service to Coachella and Stagecoach. It makes getting there a breeze. Simply purchase your shuttle pass at the lobby, and focus on what truly matters—enjoying the festivals to the max.

Totaling 6 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens, and 4 bathrooms across both units, this setup ensures that your group has plenty of space while staying together.

Check-in is a breeze at our fully staffed front desk, where we’re happy to store your luggage before or after your stay, so you can make the most of your festival experience.

Our desert resort is designed to help you relax and recharge between festival days, offering a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable:

Guests have access to all these shared amenities, but your suites remain your private space to recharge, relax, and get ready for the next festival day.

Other things to note:
- The guest making the reservation must be 21 years of age, present a photo ID/credit card for a $250 refundable deposit per apartment at check-in.
- The guest who makes the reservation must be physically present at check-in.
- If the guest plans to arrive later than the other guests, the reservation should be made by the guest who will be arriving first.
- This is a timeshare condos within a hotel-style apartment complex, and the pictures are from a typical unit, and the exact units are assigned at check-in. The exact view and layout may vary depending on the units assigned. All the units are under common management and have similar furnishings, decor, and layout.
- The two units may be in different buildings depending on availability. We will do our best to keep you as close together as possible.
- Shuttle services aren’t included in the booking. These are operated by an independent provider. This shuttle service is different than the one offered by Coachella, and Stagecoach.
- Shuttle passes were $145 per person for the entire weekend this year. The pricing is set by the provider and is subject to change for 2026.
- This is a timeshare property, and guests are NOT obligated to participate in any timeshare presentation. Attending a presentation is entirely optional, and should a salesperson approach you, we recommend politely declining their invitation.
