For a smooth self-check-in, please send a copy of each guest’s passport, ID, or EID (for UAE residents) before arrival. This is required by Dubai law (DTCM) for registration and security purposes.
🕙 Late Check-In: A fee of 100 AED applies for check-ins after 11 PM, depending on the situation (e.g., flight delays).
⏱️ Last-Minute Bookings: We need about 1.5 hours to complete registration and prepare for your check-in.
🧼 Cleaning Fee: This covers checkout cleaning only.
🛋️ Any lost or damaged items will be reported to Airbnb.

Dear Guest, If you wish to extend your stay, please submit your request by 4:00 PM on the day before your scheduled check-out. This allows us to adjust our cleaning schedule accordingly.
Please note:
If we do not receive your extension request on time, a check-out cleaning will be automatically scheduled for 11:00 AM on your check-out date.
In such cases, a cleaning cancellation fee will apply, as we charge for same-day cancellations.
A 4% credit card processing fee will be applied to all transactions. This fee is non-refundable, including in cases of cancellation or refund of the booking amount.

✹ No Parties or Events: Hosting large gatherings or events is prohibited. If a party is held, a penalty of 5,000 د. إ will apply.
✹ Turn Off lights and Appliances When Out: Please ensure that the lights, air conditioning, TV, and other appliances are turned off when you leave the property.
