The Space:
Villa Amira is surrounded by a beautiful tropical garden and a spacious 17 meter swimming pool. The villa is beautifully designed and furnished to the highest quality.

BEDROOM & BATHROOM
One master bedroom is located on the downstairs floor with pool and garden views. The beautiful en-suite bathroom is fitted with natural stones and high quality fittings. The bathtub is semi-outdoor and surrounded by a beautiful garden.

The second master bedroom and the two other bedrooms, are situated on the second floor. They all have spacious en-suite bathrooms completed with showers, sunken bath tubs and several counter spaces. All bedrooms are air conditioned, fitted with a HD-TV with international channels and iPod music stations.

KITCHEN & DINING ROOM
The vast living with open kitchen and dining in the back is situated alongside the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped to the highest standards with an espresso machine, oven, microwave and double door fridge. The living is semi-open and is completely air conditioned, also features a large HD-TV with international channels.

The upstairs balcony and lounge deck is enormous and provides great views of the pool and garden as well as the surrounding area. Fitted with loungers this area is amazing for evening cocktails or sunset drinks.

Guest Access:
This listing is for the entire unit, so you will have the Villa for yourself and enjoy all access to the property!

Interaction with Guests:
We guarantee excellent service all throughout your stay, with an on-call site manager ready to help with anything you need, and a daily cleaning service so you really don’t have to worry about anything!

The Neighborhood:
Our villa is located in a quiet lane just of Jalan Legian.

The beach is a mere 10 minute stroll away and I can recommend all guests to enjoy those famous Balinese sunsets at the beach.

Getting Around:
Guest can use taxi to get around or reach Legian and Seminyak area. The best will be rent a scooter, but careful of Bali's busy roads!

- Rate is room only, breakfast is not included,
- Extra person (above 2 years old) will be subject to additional charge, which will be settled upon arrival at the villa (not included in room rate). Please confirm the extra person prior arrival.
- Professional housekeeping is included in the booking rate,
-Smoking is NOT allowed inside the bedrooms, but allowed in the outdoor spaces (any damage caused by smoking will be charged to the guest),
- Parking available for scooter and 1 car.
