The expansive deck offers a lovely ocean view, a patio table, and gas grill for sunny days while the interior has an updated kitchen, ample forms of media for entertainment including a TV and movie streaming service, and a jetted, lighted bathtub for relaxation.



What's nearby:

This house offers scenic views of Cape Foulweather and is a short drive to the nearest beach access, with good options including south at Otter Crest's Devils Punchbowl or north at Fogarty Creek. A short drive north will bring you to conveniences in small Depoe Bay, such as charter boat rides, souvenir shops, and the entire coastline's finest whale watching opportunities. Head south to Newport for a greater selection of restaurants and shops, as well as bay fishing and crabbing.

Great location and beautiful home!

The location of the home was perfect, and the ocean view from the home was also perfect. It was easy to find and the neighborhood is very welcoming and friendly. We slept like babies and enjoyed the time spent in the home. I recommend this for families or couples. Cheers!

Graduation

This is the second time we have stayed at Bella Cove, the first time was Thanksgiving last year, so we reserved again for my Son’s graduation at OSU. The house is in a beautiful spot with a great view and very quiet. The kitchen is well equipped, and having a gas grill on the deck is a plus. We will definitely stay here again.

Love this place!

We would definitely stay here again. Very clean and comfortable. Lots of room for our family of 6. Beautiful view of the ocean with wrap around porch and patio furniture. Great kitchen and living room with comfy couches and great tv setup. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms seem newly remodeled. Great shower and tub! We really loved this place!

Beautiful Home

Very relaxing home and spot. Nicely furnished, very comfortable beds. When you get a regular water heater we will stay again. Although we followed instructions for the multi-media shower setup, we could not get hot water.

The place was generally nice. NOT for those who want to do any cooking, use the microwave, wash dishes, take a hot shower without running around and turning on faucets to get the water flowing. NOT for anyone looking for any beach accessories like chair's, or buckets, or towels, etc. not for anyone who cares to plug anything into a bedroom outlet and expect power. And DEFINITELY not for anyone who uses Verizon for cellular service, or wants consistent WiFi. Other than that, the stay was pleasant.

Great design and location

Overall great, water main was turned off when we got there so maintenance guy had to come out before would could use bathrooms or sinks. Also, the door code was different than what was sent to me upon booking. Interior design was perfect. Showers and bathtubs are 10/10.

Our stay was great. Views were fabulous. Home could use a deep clean, vents and light fixtures, windows and glass panels on doors. Dirty dishes were left in the dishwasher from previous tenant. We were unable to get the TV to work, there were conflicting instructions and neither seemed to work. Would recommend having Kleenex tissues in bathrooms. Overall stay was great. Would stay here again.

Great View

The beds were comfy and the showers were awesome! Had a little trouble with the code to get in, but a contact person responded right away. Only TV access was entering your own personal passwords, for Netflix, Hulu etc, so that was unexpected. Thank goodness our friend remembered her password. Minor things, but a great place to stay!

Comfortable stay in depot bay with the whales!

Really nice! This place is in a quiet neighborhood at depot bay where we heard and saw the whales several days in a row. Beautiful sunsets from a nice big deck (and a second one off one of the bedrooms). Comfortable beds and bathrooms with a heated floor and hot tub with jets. Everything you need in the kitchen except coffee. That’s the only thing that would have made it perfect, but we went into town and got some good coffee from the left coast coffee company for the rest of the trip. All in all, a great place to stay! Thank you!

Cozy, quaint, quiet retreat

Though WE were not ready, the host texted the house was ready several hours before 4. Walking in, the kitchen is to your left and stocked with every thing you need to make food! Stacked washer/dryer to the right. The dining area and living room look out top a view of the ocean that is beyond amazing. This floor is complete with a bedroom and amazing jacuzzi bathtub that has a total of SEVEN shower head!Upstairs are 2 more bedrooms and walk in shower that also has seven shower heads! One of the bedrooms had a small balcony as wellDraw backs to this property is that it isn't handicap accessible and does not have the telescope shown in the photos. Cell reception is poor, but wifi works well so utilize other methods to communicate!We definately LOVED this property and will return if we can.

Peek a boo ocean view

House situated in nice, quiet neighborhood. Night safety issues at top of stairs inside with no working night lights. Most of the outside deck furniture was broken. It would have helped to have check out procedures printed in house information binder. Overall, the house and property was very acceptable and, yes, we did see whales from the deck!

Beautiful Refurbished Home

Beautiful refurbished home that sits in a lovely community on a cliff. House is fully stocked and has updated appliances. Bathrooms have state of the art showers and tub with plenty of soft towels and even included shampoo, conditioner and bar soap. Beds are very comfortable and over all the house is extremely cozy yet has plenty of room to spread out. Awesome views of the ocean from dining room, living room and 2 bedrooms. We loved it and would definitely recommend. One draw back is there are some steep stairs leading up to the house and a staircase in the house. Would not recommend for older people with mobility issues.

Mini vacation

Great lighting in house. Nice deck. Good kitchen for those who cook. Quiet neighborhood. Private. Nice showers. TV didn’t work, CD player did. They said they would send someone out to fix TV but that never happened. Just an FYI…light bulb out in kitchen, 3 light bulbs out in living room (two by tv, one over fireplace) bulb out in upstairs bathroom.

Bella Cove weekend at Depoe Bay

Loved the house. The private road is narrow and a few hairpin turns weren’t easy in a full size SUV but the house and location are great! On demand hot water took a minute to get used to but the tub and shower are both amazing. Water pressure in kitchen is not so good. Disappointed that the telescope in the ad wasn’t at the house. Not a big deal as it wasn’t the selling point at all for us. Dryer door seems to be locked so we couldn’t start a load of sheets at check out. Overall I’d give it a 4+/5. Definitely would come back again!
