This lovely house boasts a great location in Gleneden Beach, offering guests an updated interior. This beachcombers haven includes a well-appointed kitchen allows for the flexibility to make memorable meals for your loved ones.



What's nearby:

A wonderful stretch of beach is just a few blocks from this home, and the Salishan Spa & Golf Resort is less than a mile away. The quiet town of Gleneden Beach has a couple restaurants and shops to explore. Drive only a few minutes north to Siletz Bay, where one can hunt for clams in the sandy bay or crab from the shore. Or drive a few minutes south and witness the incredible Devils Punchbowl and have some clam chowder and taste wine after you take in the area's natural beauty. This home is centrally located between Lincoln City to the north and Newport to the south. You're also near Depoe Bay, which offers whale-watching and deep-sea fishing tours.

Great spot for a short family vacation!

Exactly what we were looking for as we went and explored the surrounding towns and sights. It was also great for a toddler (in case you're another parent looking for that). No bath, so keep that in mind, but for all other purposes it was great!

House was nice and clean. Kitchen was great to cook in. The only thing that would have made out stay better was if there were an on-site washer and dryer.

We loved everything about our stay- just wished we had a washer and dryer and AC did not work other than that it was perfect!

Quick Oregon Trip

Great little home with room for a small family. Sort of tight with 4 adults but with 2 adults and probably children up to 12 would be great. There is a little bakery and wine establishment about 1000 feet from the place with great breakfast pastries and espresso bar.

Perfect mini home away from home

We loved staying at this beach home. Small footprint but spacious rooms and living areas. We loved soaking up the sun on the deck and walking to the beach at least once a day. It was a quick drive from food, shopping, hiking, beach, lake, and endless adventures. It was the perfect spot to be together and enjoy the Oregon coast. My kids LOVED the sea shell theme and i loved the updated kitchen and bathroom. Loved this location.

Lovely, cute little house

This was a really cute house for our Oregon Coast vacation. Everything we could need was provided. Great choices on the TV for rainy days. We were very comfortable and felt like the house was really our home away from home. There is a nice gas fireplace in the living room. The location is very central between Lincoln City and Newport with so many delicious restaurants and sights to visit. We would definitely stay here again!

Cute place!

6 of us stayed here, the house is cute and clean and literally a 5 minute walk to the beach. We stayed here for 4 nights, it would have been nice to have a washer & dryer since we had 3 kids. The beds are pretty hard, and if the TVs in the bedroom stop working you just have to unplug them and plug them back in. It is a cozy cute place and the kitchen is very spacious!!

5 minute walk to beach

This house was cozy & delightful. It isnt anything fancy but it's everything you need. We loved walking down to the beach, just a few mins away. There is a little road noise but nothing that was overly bothersome. It was a good central location for our stay...we could travel both north and south for day trips but make it back before it was late. This was a great fit for my husband and I and our young adult daughters.

Welcoming, homey, and comfortable

This little house is so comforting and welcoming when you first get there! It has everything you need and is very clean. There’s many windows that can be opened to feel the cool air of the coast and also has a thermostat in every room so each room can be set to how you like it, and the gas fireplace that isn’t pictured is also great. It is perfect size for 2 people and would still be nice with 4. We went for the weekend and did not want to leave! I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a getaway.

Great beach house!

The remodeling on this home was amazing. Kitchen was well stocked and great appliances. Decorated perfect for the beach and great use of space. Very comfortable. The only downside was we constantly battled with the TV, despite the directions to try to fix problems. Either the screen froze, volume stopped working or channels didn't even work.

Girls Getaway 2019

The house is exactly as it is listed. Very cute and just right for my daughter and myself. Road traffic is a bit noisy though, due to the property being right off Gleneden Beach Loop and right off of Hwy 101. There is no a/c, so opening windows for a breeze is a must. No access to washer/dryer, which would have been nice, especially if we had to stay any longer than a few days. Other than that, it was a nice stay. Except for losing power early in the morning of departure day.

No coffee pot

When we arrived, there was no coffee pot. I did reach out to the rental company and they were going to bring one but did not end up doing that. Not the end of the world, as I bought coffee in town.

Where do I begin? My husband and I rented this cute house to spend our anniversary. The house is really cute even with a broken cabinet hanging off the hinges. We were so disappointed that the TV didn’t work. We could never connect to the Internet and the fireplace only worked the first day that we got there. We tried over and over and over and over and over again to speak and text the VRBO customer service and it was a joke! My husband is a big fan of college basketball and we were planning on just laying low enjoying our stay at the house playing on our phones watching sports but that didn’t happen! We had to go find places that had television sets so we could watch the college basketball tournament games. It’s been a joke trying to talk to Customer Service since we’ve got home too. We asked for a reasonable refund and we didn’t even get that. I think we got maybe 50. What a joke again. Again the house was cute and it would’ve been awesome if everything worked but it didn’t. I would’ve definitely gone back if we didn’t have so many problems. If you do decide to book this property, make sure you also bring your own blankets. They had no blankets anywhere. I never leave bad reviews, but I just couldn’t help myself this time since the communication with Customer Service is horrible! Oh yeah, and another thing, the toilet ran the entire time. We were there for three nights and four days!!!
